I am long time member since and recently relocated from Charlotte NC, I was ?? praying to find a Stylist as awesome as my Marleigh. I have to say, Coco did a awesome job!!!❤️ I needed a full set and my lashes look beautiful! I found my new stylist!!

Crystal is amazing. I fly in every 2 weeks to get my lashes done because I haven’t found anyone who can do them the way she does. We always have such a great time!

It was my first time experiencing Amazing Lash and it was beyond amazing! Kaila was very help from the start and helped me choose my extensions. My lash tech Mahum was wonderful and she did a great job! I will be returning especially because of the hospitality I received. Keya

Terrible experience. I had a gift card and wanted to treat my friend. The lashes were ok. Definitely could have done a better job. When dropping her off, they asked for my gift card, I gave it to them. The lady ran it and gave it back. Once I left I threw it away while cleaning out my car. When I arrived to pick my friend back up, the lady asked me for my gift card again. I told her I threw it away in a dumpster while cleaning out my car since my impression was that it had a zero balance on it. I asked her why she needed it again. She said that she had only taken a partial payment. The other lady that she was working with, told me that I would not be allowed to go back to that location again.... I ALREADY GAVE THEM THE CARD, so how is it my fault that she only took partial payment and why would she even have ran it at all for a partial payment like that since services hadn't been rendered? Also while I was still there, I asked her to call her Manager and explain what happened and that I'd need to go look in the dumpster to find it, (which I should have never been expected to do in the first place) to explain to her that this payment would need to wait until tomorrow since we were the last appointment of the night and I would need time to go look for it, she failed to explain exactly what had happened making me look like I was just not able to pay, I asked her to then let me speak with her Manager and she tried to move a little backwards so that her manager wouldn't hear me ask to speak with her and then finished how she was explaining what she wanted her manager to hear only. I asked her why she didn't tell her that I wanted to speak with her. I honestly dont remember her exact response but my question wasn't answered.

Terrible customer service, my mom called to cancel her appointment same day, because she had a fever and they did not care and still charged her. I understand cancellation policies are set to protect the stylist, however she had a fever! They much rather have clients come to their appointment sick.

O.M.G. Look at my lashes!!! I've been going to this location for YEARS! They are so friendly and they really value making sure they do their best to make you look AMAZING. My regular is Eneida, but when she's unavailable Akikko is just as great!Thank you ladies for always making my lashes flawless!

The communication sucks there you have the young ladies in the front signing your for memberships and then next thing you know your card is getting debited to amounts then you call you can't speak to a manager they have to give the manager a message she never calls you back to explain the different debit amounts I never knew that they even carried a twice a month membership cuz I always sign up for the once a month membership then I go in to get my free refills twice a month and I asked before I lay on that table is this considered one of my credits yes I am told that I only have to pay $25 for the volume but then my bank accounts get debited twice for different amounts it's always two different amounts then what the young ladies in the front are telling you so there's a lack of communication somewhere and you can never speak to the manager it's always a message and she never calls you back to explain to the young ladies or even the customers what's going on with these different amounts that my card is being debt when I am told one thing and they're doing another thing with my money very unacceptable so now I must have to call my bank to dispute these different amounts cuz these are not the amounts that I am told that's supposed to be debited from my account.

I had been shopping around for a new place to do my lashes/technician. I decided to try Amazing Lash Studio since It is so close to my house. I scheduled my appointment on 12/23/2022 a day that was freezing and should have not left the house but I didn’t want to cancel because I was looking forward to going. Excited, I arrived to my appointment and after waiting several minutes, a technician by the name of Jessica came to the door. I immediately felt unwelcome during our interaction as if she hoped that I didn’t show. She was not friendly at all and seemed even more annoyed that I still had some mascara residue on. I explained to her that it must of been because I normally use waterproof mascara. She said that she was going to charge me an extra $5 to take it off or I could go do that myself in the bathroom. I have never heard of that, but still I just apologize and told her I would take care of it in the bathroom. After I came back she still seemed very annoyed and with a very negative tone/attitude so i proceeded to try to make small talk because at this point I felt uncomfortable. She was very short with me so I just stayed quiet for the remaining of the service. By the time she was done I was at least hoping she would do a decent job with my eyelashes however, my left eye is missing some lashes and have big gap between them. It has been just a few hours and some of the lashes on my left eye are falling off. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied at the overall quality of service from Amazing Lash Studio. I was going to recommend this place to my sisters, family and friends since we live so close but not anymore! I don’t want them to have the same negative experience as I did.Service: Eyelash extensions

I just started going to this lash studio and Mahum is amazing. She did a great job! I started my monthly membership and I highly recommend her. I only go to that salon because of her. My lashes look great!!!!!!

I've been to Amazing Lash Studio in Las Colinas on and off since 2012 for special occasions. I've now been going consistently since February. I've had nothing but easy and convenient scheduling and great experiences. I've been with Crystal Cash a multiple times and she is beyond wonderful. She is so skilled and her attention to detail is amazing. Very sweet and always a great experience.

They will lie and make it impossible to cancel. Diana (some “manager”) is unbelievably rude and frankly disgusted with their business practice. We attempted to cancel and provide proof of move, but they still will attempt you for services they could never complete. Much better options out there.On multiple occasions they provide shoddy work that required multiple trips back to fix. The owner should restart with a new staff.
