THE WORST INSURANCE.... NEVER LETS YOU LOGIN AND EVEN AFTER SETTING UP AUTOPAY .... MY MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED. IT MANUALLY FORCED ME TO PAY$6 MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP... EVEN AFTER PAYING IT DOESNT RESTORE MY account..... ughhhhhhh... I hate this insurance soooooo much

Had an accident with aaa customer on 2/17/23. Filed a claim with aaa...they have not responded to the claim. They have not returned any of my dozen phone calls. They have not responded to email. Does anyone know a good lawyer I could use in Houston to get these clowns to respond? I assume that this is how they treat all claims - garbage outfit.

Had a car hit & run my car, witness caught it all on Go-pro camera. Police got all the owners info, other insurance would not pay because there customer was ghosting them. could get no info out of other adjuster. Turned all the info over to AAA. They said could not pay claim since I did not have full coverage, I have uninsured motorist, they hit me from behind and spun me around until I hit concrete median. It was all on tape, still AAA said they can't help. So now my car is a total loss, and no one is going to pay to fix it?? Will be canceling my policy and filing with insurance board. This is Crap....and so is AAA.

I tried to Renew my Auto plus renters insurance. The first renewal for first year was good but for the second renewal there seems to be glitch in the app and it wont collect my aaa onboard driving score so I did not received any discount for renewal. I have clean record and no incidents or tickets on my DL. but still the renewal amount increased 20% and there is no discounts applied, when I tried to contact customer service regarding it . (I called them multple times) 2 out of 4 said discount will be applied in 24hours but nothing happened other said it cannot be applied as they do not have my driving score record. U guys need to fix your app for capturing drivng score and Consumers cannot keep track every day to check there record. So I am planning to quit this insurance. Hope it helps for any if youre looking for long term from aaa
