I had a crisis to meet a need of my very elderly stepmom who needed flowers for my recently deceased father. I live 300 miles away! It Sat after 6 Memorial Day weekend. I called by chance not expecting anyone to answer but they did. I cannot begin to tell you how friendly these people are. They took my order and made it happen! The price was so fair. I couldn't believe it! This is now my florist for this area. Thank You for making my Step moms wish come to life!

My husband and I recently purchased flowers for my mother-in-law's funeral at A Cottage Florist on O'Connor in Irving Texas. The proprietor took detailed notes regarding colors for the funeral spray. I gave him my credit card and a maximum dollar figure to spend. The flowers arrived and they were beautiful. In fact they exceeded my expectations. When my credit card bill arrived, the charge was for LESS than I had authorized. Great service and ethical business practice makes me happy to recommend this business to others.

I used this florist for ordering the flowers for my wedding vows renewal ceremony on Saturday, May 30th. All staff were most helpful, the little waiting area is nice and peaceful. They had a few books to look through for flower ideas and located only 10 minutes from my home in Irving. The flowers were lovely and they stayed in my budget. The flowers are still quite beautiful almost a week later. I would post a photo but, don't see a place to post photos. Thank you A Cottage Florist - I will refer you & use you again for future occasions.

The man made up a very attractive custom floral arrangement while I waited for 5 minutes. That gave me time to write up the little card to post on the stick while sitting at the table. The arrangement was perfect and exactly what I wanted. He was very helpful to give me a little box to transport it too, and the recipient was delighted. It made her day today.

Very disappointed in a cottage florist. Daughter ordered bouquets for wedding and wasn't given all her bouquets. Order was taken incorrectly and the woman my daughter communicated with was out of town when we picked up flowers. My daughter made clear what she wanted and what colors and a budget. The bouquets she was given were not the colors she even wanted not to mention 3 bouquets were missing. When we told the man who was there he said that's what was ordered and that the woman who my daughter was working with the whole time was out of town. He said it was my daughters fault that she didn't communicate her wishes clearly, and what did we expect for the amount that she had set as her budget. Really? He made absolutely no efforts to help us or offer any alternatives. We said we would figure something out and his response was "ok". We ended up going to a local grocery store and bought the same flowers we needed and made bouquets ourselves for 1/5 of the cost they charged us at a cottage florist for two bouquets. I am going to make sure to recommend to all I know NOT to use this florist. The man was rude and did nothing to help us. He acted like it wasnt his problem and didn't try to help us with any other options. He was very unprofessional.
