They go way beyond excellence in costumer service and are by far the best to store your belongings with around! Wonderful experience every time I communicate with any one of the employees or office staff. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone wanting to store in with a quality business and exceptional staff.

Best prices in town. Very helpful and down to earth people in office. Not like Public Storage on Irving Blvd who quotes a price on the phone then when you get there they charge you insurance that is mandatory according to the manager.

Recently I have found rat p*** all over my stuff . I never had a problem I've been with them 4years but know it's sad to See rat p*** and pee all over my clothes and my personal stuff and I called and I told them and they told me that they couldn't do anything that it was my responsibility to buy rat poisoning and put it in myself .
