There service and expertise is above anyone else in the area. They have repaired and aligned encoders on every motor I have sent them through work. They can rebuilt custom motors the manufacturer will not even try to repair. Can not recommend them enough.

Multiple team members at A-1 Servo Motor Repair went above and beyond trying to help me with an old, outdated motor that I having been trying to find a solution for. Great Customer Service and IntegrityThe motor on our 15 year old roll up door recently stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and was told the motor is obsolete and is not able to be repaired. I was quoted just over $10k to retrofit my existing equipment over to the new system. I had used A1Servo several years ago and was happy with the service so I gave them a call to see if there were any other options. Tim troubleshot and repaired my motor for under $1k. He also let me know that replacement motors were still available through other manufactures if needed in the future. I was very pleased with the great customer service and quick turn around time I received from A1 Servo. I don't write many reviews but these guys really stand out from your typical service provided. Thank You !

I dealt with Tim, who quoted me a guesstimate of $200 to repair a pump motor off of a Winnebago. The dealer wanted $900 for it. After receiving the motor via FedEx, Tim emailed the next day that there was more damage than expected on my motor, but he found one for me on Amazon for $97. That kind of integrity is hard to find anymore. Five stars from a guy that never leaves reviews.
