Went to their car wash around 9.15pm Monday and my car did not get clean at all after the wash. So I politely went to ask the store associate (I think her name started with C, probably Carly) if I can get to go again, or can go for a second wash with some discount. She treated me with disrespect and walked away. Not cool!
Note: my car was sitting for 2 days in the nearby hotel parking under tree. I wasn't expecting sparky clean car but at least somewhat clean.

Today, Monday June 23, 2025 at 9:50pm the black male working register, intentionally shorted me $0.09 change because he was too lazy to break open a penny role. When I realized I’d been short-changed I went back in the store and called it to his attention. Without expression or apology, he opened the register and handed me a dime.
Just plain lazy.

We came in the store ( 7-Eleven ) for 15 minutes and the worker was not around at all. My toddler accidentally spilled her drink and the worker finally came out and gave an attitude and said “YA’LL DID THIS?” And proceeded to pull out a mop and bucket and directly told my husband he needed to do it. When we gave her a dumbfounded look she said “we have all the customers clean after their mess.” Here is a picture. When she finally realized I took a picture she told my husband “you’re good.” I am not happy at all and demand something to be done. 7-11, hire better workers!!!!!! This type of behavior is unacceptable and has been the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. My husband would have happily offered to help before she came out with an attitude. This is who you are hiring to wear your uniforms. What a joke.

It's been known that most if not all gas stations credit your money back if you don't use it with a credit card when buying gas apparently not all gas stations do that and you need to go in for your change at 2 am in the morning the attendant here ran out before I left to give me my change and let me know that bit of information in 10 degree weather god bless this lady

The 2 black cashier are just standing in cornering talking while I'm waiting to be check out behind someone playing the lottery and buying cigarettes as soon as the white guy walk in they run to the register and check him out while I'm still waiting is this a new 7/11 policy or is this a individual thing

They have officially increased the price of the chocolate chunk cookie by 100%. The quality has considerably gone down as well. My heart is shattered. I was today years old when 7-11 broke my heart.. ET TU Brute? This injustice must be answered. #justice for 7-11 cookies!
Update. Still no word from the owner on why this has happened.. Thanks 7-11 for caring about your loyal customers.. Or in this case. Not caring..

It's ridiculous that everytime I come to this store I can't never add money on my card because there is only one worker and he dont know how to do it. It's a huge inconvenience to me because now I have to waste all this extra gas going to a different location when this is the one down the street from my house. Yall really need to be making sure if you offer the services that all your employees know how to do the job. Why would you have someone working a cash register that don't know how to do what needs to be done. I'm sure I'm not the only one inconvenienced by this and so far this has been going on about 2 months that I can't do what I need to do because the only person there don't know how to do it. Do yall not train yall employees or what, cause this is ridiculous.

Wow never experienced this before. I have used their new car wash with no problem. The machine completely stopped working in the middle of my wash. I went inside a asked for help, he accused me of driving off. I showed him my dash cam and my wet car. He said there’s nothing he can do. Trust me, don’t waste your money here. I took photos and videos, will contest with my credit card company.
