This is absolutely the worst 7-Eleven experience. The night cashier shown in the picture of the other reviews is absolutely awful. Has no customer service experience whatsoever and always claims the restrooms are out of service. I really wish they had better accountability and training for this gentleman as the morning shift offers much better service.

Not surprised at the overall low rating. I wanted to get the two slices and a Big Gulp for 3 bucks and the guy refused to make the pizza. He said they closed at 10 and it was 9:25. That said, they're open 24 hrs. He said no, the food closes at 10 so I reminded him it wasn't even 9:30 yet but he wouldn't do it. So I just went for the drink. Every single lid in the store was for a Super Big Gulp. It wasn't that the lid holder was missing regular lids, it's that they filled up every slot with only the Super Big Gulp lids in order to get customers to pay the higher price. The thing is, this 7-11 is off a MAJOR intersection that constantly does tons of business. Basically, I met a combination of greed and laziness tonight.
I doubt anyone will read this but if you do, before you decide to come to this location, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. It's also really dirty ??

This cashier who works at night is a very disrespectful person, he has a very bad way of serving people or me and my wife had a very bad time with that night worker at that store, there was a lot of disrespect, a lot of insults from him towards us and my pregnant wife But tomorrow I will try to talk to his manager or his boss why I think this can't keep happening

What a bad time this man gave me. He is a racist. He insulted me because I simply didn't understand what he was telling me. They should have people with better customer service. What a shame!

After coming to this 7/11 for the past couple of months it ended up with the police involved. The night clerk asked rudely to buy something because i used the restroom and i replied to him that i come here on a daily bases and buy stuff and i dont need to buy anything right now. Long story short words exchanged he kept calling me the N-word which very racist and calling me other racial slurs he came outside to fight me. He also punched my car but thankfully no damages. So i called the police on him. That night that clerk did too many wrongdoings. Customer service, racism, trying to start a physical fight and preventing me to get into my car and vandalism to my car. Im reporting the incident to 7/11 corporate also filing a lawsuit against them

They have expired stuff at there store and when i showed the old mexican guy that the things are expired he said that don’t teach me my job if want take it or get the hell out of my store

Well, if you don’t like what you do, or can’t do your job. It would be better leave it and give the chance to someone else who needs it. I love 7-Eleven and I hate to give a bad review but because of the bad experience I think it’s better to do so they can fix what they’re missing. Just left this location and this guy who works with ugly face always closes the bathroom during night and says it’s out of service. Tried to buy me something to eat before my gym time and he says ohh this is all trash. I get it, you just cleaned the bathroom and some d*** people using the bathroom and leave a mess behind. But remember, you’re next to a Highway. Also if you have a bad food, just throw it away don’t leave it heating up like fresh .Hope you see this message and change your attitude brother. I’m not coming this location again

No wonder why it has 2 stars, the night shift clerk(old man) is so rude to customers. These guys are just ruining the 7Eleven brand name. Atleast they should know how to treat customers. The store is nasty and no proper maintenance. Atleast the store owner should consider going through the reviews and make necessary changes.

Night shift cashier has a disgusting way of disrespecting customers with questions. A monkey could give better hospitality, a monkey would talk less. No one should go into a convenience store and be inconvenienced by a nasty clerk with a nasty attitude.
