As I am spending a lot of time on DFW roads, I can certify that this 7-Eleven looks very empty compared with other convenient stores of the chain.
This store must be owned by a dirt cheap person !

Prepaid $25 in gas and only used $18.55. I was told the remainder would go back to my card and it did not. Now I get nothing but silence and no one to answer the phone

This employee Rocky was very rude speaking to someone in the background who seemed to he watching customers come and and go along with is personal phone ringing all the time speaking his native language I really felt a certain type of way another employee pushing a large trash bin type of equipment but no trash standing by the door as I left the store got into my car to find 3 suspicious men trying to make eye contact as they passed in front of my car, very scary! I will never go there again.

Don't have an option to put 0 star, l visited this store to buy a water case, which is 24 pack. I thought it could be around 5 dollars, but it was 8 dollars before tax. It's such a scam of stealing money from people. Literally, that was high price just for 24 pack of water case. Never visiting again ❌️

I got gas this evening. Paid at the pump then decided to go inside to purchase some snacks. I had a folded $20.00 dollar bill in my wallet. My items were less than $5 dollars. When I went to go pay , the cashier by the name of Alexandra took my $20 dollar bill, examined it, wiped it down with something and kept looking at it. I asked if there was a problem with my money, but she said something in Spanish to her co-worker and kept examining my money. Meanwhile, everyone in line was looking. I felt very embarrassed and asked if it would be easier for me to use my debit card since she thinks the money I gave her is fake! But she kept looking at it and finally inserted in some sort of machine. I know it’s protocol for cashiers to examine bills if they thought it was counterfeited, but she could have handled it differently. I will not be back to this location.

The management is absolutely terrible. The upper department is somehow related to some of their employees and those particular employees run everyone out the door. Their attitude is backed up by the regional manager, who again is backed up by the upper department.They don’t allow any employee other than that particular family to take any breaks, they try to cover recent robberies, happened at that location and don’t tell their staff about it.Someone should absolutely look into it and see if that is even legal.
