As a customer if I had to give a zero star for this place just for the general manager, Aaron, I will give them a zero. I had a bad experience this morning. I go into the store every day to buy my breakfast today. I had the worst experience with him I was at the register paying him the money to purchase that I was making he did not even care. He was on the phone throughout the whole transaction. Luckily the lady that works there she went ahead and helpedMe And then I customer service come first he did not care. He started arguing with me and telling me to get out of the store gets zero service rate that store general manager has to change. I will definitely write up another rating if I don’t see a change in that place.

Seems like every time I stop for gas they have another pump taped off and no others ever get repaired. Always a wait for gas!

The display may be similar to Japan's 7-Eleven.
Snickers are $1.
Is it expensive because I don't know how much it costs at 7-Eleven in Japan? Is it cheap?
I wouldn't say that the staff were kind.
We shouldn't compare it to Japan.
Because there are local rules.

The store hours say 24 hr like every 7-11 but not open late night there is a sign says will re open at 5 its 3am now need to update your hours or find a employee who will keep doors open during buisness hours

We where headed back home out of state and decided to stop for gas and a lottery ticket. I was charged $5 for a $2 power ball ticket , when I asked why ,cashier corrected without a I'm sorry for error,asked if I had a card vs cash. I stated no ,I just felt something was off. I later asked my daughter who lives in the area about this place and she stated she does not stop here because of a couple of errors with change not being correct and even once she received back to much change.

Been there several times before never met the cashier with attitude. That bald white old d...head don't know customer service so he shouldn't b there, wearing 7 eleven uniform. I don't how 7 eleven corporate office is regulating that kind of attitude employee. Just wanna know why the air pump wasn't working and his answer was like check your self coz that's different company. Even though it's different company but because it is inside same gas station at least employee can answer that it's out of order or so. I know you get such repeated question all day but as a employee should answer with respect. This bald employee should go and work in hood so he will get answer of his attitude.
