Security is an issue here at this gym. Cars were broken into in the parking lot. Men's locker room has many lockers with doors broken and left unrepaired. Many lockers are locked overnights for a long time like personal storage areas which would encourage more lockers to be broken into.

Half the equipment in this gym is broken even things like the cable clips for the cable machines. Always dirty as well.

I recently had a disappointing experience here at 24 due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff. Upon arriving, I was met with a dismissive attitude and curt responses from the employees. They seemed uninterested in assisting with basic inquiries and even made me feel unwelcome when I asked for help with my membership account.

It is nice. Some tines it is so crowded. And always the steam room is out of service ? ? today 5/20/24 I doing a review for Omar, thanks . He was nice. 7/24/24. Mike took us out to the machine and weighs lifting. it was so cool. I hope they find the key for the room. ?.

I was amazed by the swimming pool at this particular location “Valley Ranch” ! the pool was perfectly clean and the water temperature was great ! I Tried it today for the first time and it was an outstanding experience ! I vividly recommend to give it a try, and see how it feels! It’s definitely one of my new favorite swimming spots ! This goes same way for the classes since I’m a frequent bodycombat class member, It’s one of my favorite classes to go to at this location !

My experience with Rob and Saurav at 24 Hour Fitness was extremely disappointing. I encountered bad customer service characterized by their loud and rude demeanor. As a guest, I simply wanted to use the restroom and was allowed to leave my phone there temporarily. Upon returning in couple of minutes, I was accused and threatened by Rob, who assumed I had started using the gym without authorization. His behavior was incredibly rude and unjustified, especially considering there were no clear signs indicating men’s restroom. I strongly advise against interacting with these individuals as their conduct was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Additionally, both Rob and Saurav displayed a complete lack of customer service qualities. Their behavior was unprofessional and did not reflect the standards expected in a customer-facing role. I would caution others against engaging with them as representatives of the gym.

Prev the front desk needs to be fired. No manners. All be awake the gym is always dirty, unorganized.

One of the sales managers is a creep.
I believe his name is Praveen the way he comments on some of the female members is very uncomfortable to hear and shouldnt be said at work.

Extremely dirty! There is caked on debris on the cardio equipment. There is mold and mildew in the locker rooms and sauna. The spray bottle dispensers at the cleaning stations don’t work properly. Half the tvs don’t work. Do not follow the listed operational hours by opening sometimes an hour and a half after 5am. Complaining to the staff is pointless because all they do is sarcastically smile and say “I’ll let the manager know”.

I have never left a review anywhere before but it was a genuine nightmare to cancel my membership. Still don’t understand why there’s a $50 fee to cancel a membership I am already paying for and my card was accidentally charged TWICE for that. Never felt like going here because all the equipment is taken up and too close together, it’s not clean, people are rushing you to finish using a machine, and there’s only one Smith machine. There’s plenty better gyms out there

Definitely do not recommend at all. As stated in previous comments staff is rude af. I intentionally was going to purchase a membership just to use the sauna only. Upon my tour I just feel the facility is not clean enough plus I have a membership somewhere else.
So I came by the general manger rude
Not a greeting just straight can I see your ID.
Not very welcoming asked why I'm there stated to try out the sauna. He proceeded to state no amenities can be used on a trial weird but okay. Instead of offering other options or mentioning alternatives he said nothing and I left.
I was already skeptical about this place but this just proved I just need to take my money somewhere else.
