We have had a great week. We reserved 3 units (2 x 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom) and had 15 people and 3 babies. Everyone enjoyed the rooms and the activity area. The views are stunning. Everything is so peaceful. All of my pictures are of the 2 bedroom suite. I was very pleased with how well equipped the kitchens were.Nearby activities: Plenty of wineries to visit nearby.

I live in Houston next to an airport, and busy roads and industrial business.. my neighbors have junkyards, chickens, horses and piles of drugs and cats they allow to bark and roam and breed all hours of the night. So coming here makes me feel like the Movie My Cousin Vinnie, it's so so so quiet I thought I might not be ABLE to sleep. Lol. I'm pleasantly surprised I slept like a baby! The stars were surprisingly visible even with a little fog rolling in... The air was crisp and clean and smelled like forest trees. Wild animals were glimpsed, including a rabbit so big, we thought it was a jack-a-lope! Just needed antlers! The resort units are massive, the primary bathrooms are insanely huge. There are low-step in showers for even those with disabilities might be able to traverse even in the non ADA rooms. The drive to the units might make you think you were going the wrong way, like back in the days when GPS units regularly sent you sometimes off-road into dead end places - as if you were about to be kidnapped. But have no fear, the destination is not far off. Just keep following around the nearly one lane winding roads and occasional super steep turns that creep up on you suddenly.Looking fwd to adding more info and pictures tomorrow !

Great villas, equidistant from many hillcountry attractions but nestled away from nearby roads. It's more of a pro due to the location and wildlife.Had some concerns, management was very proactive. Highly recommended for this area.

We loved it! We'll be back! We had a great week exploring the area and then coming back to our condo each night.

Nice amenities in a lovely area. Had a two bedroom with kitchen, nice patio with lovely view. Resort has heated pool and hot tub and club house with pool table and ping pong, disk golf, chess and lots of other games for family. We loved driving along the beautiful cliffs by the Guadalupe river. Many wineries and artsy small towns nearby. Caves, horse riding in area.

The villa was beautiful and modern. The view is amazing. Lots of nature and wildlife. Stars gazing is a must. We did have a some wasps sneak in. Also, you are miles away from main attractions. Many wineries to choose from. For the person that wants to unplug from the crowds and recharge yourself, this is a wonderful space.

I was underwhelmed. The scenery was great but the room wasn't. The room looks great but not very livable. We originally planned on the grandkids coming but they ended up not coming with us. The bunk beds have a large light that seems dangerous to the kids. The lighting in the bathrooms and closet/ dressing area is useless very dim. They say on the website they have movie rentals but they don't. The hot tub was broken that's becoming a problem with a lot of worldmarks. I think since 2019 worldmark has gone downhill which saddens me. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Management tried the old switcheroo and at first gave us a lesser room than we had reserved, but after we insisted on them giving us what we had clearly reserved, things were good.Great place to stay in Texas Hill Country near Kerrville. Keep an eye on management.

Delightful location. Rooms need better cleaning. Found hairs on the shower wall, a dead cricket in the bathroom, and food particles under the kitchen table.

This place is so amazing in every way, me and my family and friends came here for 3 days and had the best 3 days of our lives the view from the balcony is amazing. The pools are so nice especially the slide that goes into the pool. We will definitely be coming back next summer!!

Day #1: I arrived about 9pm, and I was so happy that the check-in office was still open. I was checked in by a sweet young lady named Allie, and then another lady, Denise, gave me my packet with all necessary information pertaining to the resort and area attractions, restaurants, etc.I stayed in the studio, which is the smallest unit available. If I had known the studios don't have a washer/dryer or an oven, I would have gotten the one bedroom. But its okay. I brought my own air fryer and seasonings so I was prepared. The property is nice, very secluded and quiet/peaceful. The Studio also has a Murphy Bed which is a vertical wall bed that's hinged to an interior wall. You pull it down, and when not in use, you lift it back up into the vertical position. I wasn't excited about that at first, but I got used to it.Day #2: I attended an "upgrade presentation" because apparently, I'm not getting all of the great benefits I should be receiving as a Timeshare an owner. It was supposed to be an hour long. It took about 1 1/2 hours, which was fine because I did ask questions, and there was a lot of rapport building. I met with Richard, a nice and jovial guy. Richard says he's a Psychiatrist and a bartender and a singer LOL..After speaking with Richard, he invites Andrew to join us to explain in further detail the benefits I'm missing out on because I wasn't aware of open enrollment that happened several months ago. Andrew was nice also. There was no pressure to upgrade. I currently only pay monthly maintenance fees, and the offer was to pay anywhere between $205/month to $250/month for the next 10 years! WHAT?????? Absolutely NOT going to happen! This was not an attractive offer to me, so I passed. Both Richard and Andrew were very nice.Day #3: Uneventful. I had no desire to leave the property or explore the area. I took a brief walk to get some sun about 7 pm, and that was that. If you are looking for a retreat type space that is off the beaten path, quiet, country feel, and secluded, this is the place for you!Safety: I felt very safe because the resort is do tucked away and not easy to find unless you know it's there. And I didn't venture out much. I bought groceries from HEB and had no desire to see the surrounding area.
