EXTREMELY POOR customer service. Have no idea the woman's name. I came in 2 minutes before their lunch closing at 1:00 to mail 1 envelope and 1 parcel. I thought they were closed from noon to 1. The door was open. I was barked at, in front of another customer, that she was closing in 2 minutes, and refused to wait on me. There is a right and wrong way to speak to people. She is seriously in need of customer service training. If you hate your job that much, quit.

Claudia is continually nasty to everyone who suffers the misfortune of being “helped” by her.
Yesterday, I saw that my package had been scanned as delivered to Ingram and inquired why I couldn’t pick it up.
She actually leaned over the counter, tapped it with her hand and raised her voice at me. She’s just rude and nothing seems to fix her attitude.
It’s really starting to be a problem when I’m afraid to ask her for help because she’s so vitriolic.
When I asked her not to tap the counter at me and told her I didn’t like how she treats me, she leaned further over the counter towards me, smacked the counter harder and then, I kid you not, asked the man behind me if she was being rude. The poor guy turned bright red and his jaw fell slack.
I’m tired of being intimidated by my local postal workers, something needs to change.

Some of the worst customer service provided by Claudia for attempting to mail a package. Claudia needs to be reminded how to provide basic customer service and common human courtesy.
Asking a customer if they are lying to her about what’s in the package, loud enough for all other customers to hear is highly inappropriate. Not to mention touching the customer’s keypad to answer questions for them rather than allowing the customer to do so and read what is being asked. Do better, Claudia.

These people are never friendly to me. If it's my turn in line, they will talk to other people over my head or just really rush me out. They act like it's a chore to wait on me and ignore me. Before I could get another box that was at my residence they were so very rude to me in front of people that I was so embarrassed I hate to go back there. I have to go today and I'm dreading it. They should really be a lot kinder to everyone, not just the select few

This is a nice local post office that services the community with pride. It is always a great experience every time I do business here, wither it's to buy a stamp or mail my packages, the girls here go out of their way to inform you of services available, classes of the mail and the time it should take to be delivered.

Terrible service I'm paying a box so that when I go to pick up my packages they tell me that they gave them to someone else and that they can't do anything they should do their job well otherwise why would one pay

We have the unfortunate luck of living on a private drive with no mail box. So we got a PO box. This is the first post office I have seen where when a package is too big to fit in the box they put a little slip on there and you can only pick it up during Thier business hours. Which happens to be during a normal person work hours. Not even open at least a half day on Saturday. Other post offices would put a key to a larger box in yours when the package wouldn't fit so you can still get your package at you're convenience. Guess this post office only caters to retired people.

This is a small town P.O. with small town friendly service and they greet you by your name and know your P.O. box number, although you still need your package notice for security purposes. Hats off to these ladies, high five!! Thanks.

I mail a lot of packages and this branch is the best. They are always pleasant and helpful and even know customers names. I have had a few packages disappear over the years and they have done everything possible to retreive them including call post offices in other cities to actual have them talk to the carrier for that route. One missing package was finally located sitting under a desk in the shop where clerks kept saying it hadn't arrived.

I ordered from Amazon, and they sent in 4 different boxes. The 2 that were delivered by UPS and Fed X were delivered no issues. The ones that were delivered by USPS were SUPPOSEDLY not delivered because there was nobody home. We were home all day. This is not the first time this has happened. They just don't want to deliver. So they claim that they attempted but in reality, they never did. Just sad that they can't deliver or be honest about their job duties.
