Had an amazing stay at the TEXAS Hunt Lodge. When we arrived we were greeted by our guide, Justin, who proceeded to tell us what we were going to be doing for the weekend. Shortly, we headed out to hog hunt. It was exciting and rewarding. Plenty of hogs and other exotics. Justin and the other two helpers were very Accommodating. Everyone was Extremely pleasant and helpful. The facilities was impeccably cleaned and the food was amazing. The chef was accommodating to Our eating habits. Everyone was very friendly and made sure that we were 100% taken care of. It was very peaceful sitting outside in the early morning listening to the birds as I drink my coffee. I recommend this place to not just hunters but to everyone. I know I will be going back. This is a MUST.

Girls Hog Hunt!!! So much fun hunting hogs! We each got great trophies! Justin was an awesome guide and driver!!! Which is key in hog hunting! Lisa is an amazing cook, the food was so good! Everyone at their lodge went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we had a great hunt and weekend! Thank you all so much!!! We will definitely be back!!! Monica

Had an awesome trip with my Uncle and buddy. 3 axis deer, great food, great stories and a memory that will last a life time. Thank you Marc for a successful hunt, thank you Lisa for outstanding food. I would definitely recommend this place.

Mark, my guide was a really awesome dude. Down to earth. Easy to talk to. Made the experience very enjoyable. Zero pressure to do anything. Jordan was on top of every phone call, email or text. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about my experience. Came in April. I threw multiple wrench’s into the plans and Jordan was able to accommodate all the changes I threw at them. I couldn’t have been happier. They really make this a 5-star experience.

My entire experience was great, from when I showed up to when I was getting ready to leave. Kody was great, answered all my questions and was extremely professional. The food was great as was the bar. A lot of friendly faces, and I will be recommending this place to all my friends as well as coming back myself

Texas Hunt lodge was an absolutely phenomenal 5+++ star experience of a lifetime! They are family friendly, hospitality to the highest degree, accommodated last minute additions/changes with grace and kindness. The housing is awesome and the lodge an excellent reprieve after a long day of hunting. The food was absolutely delicious and high quality! Their outdoor fire-pit a favorite for roasting S'moores and socializing with all the other groups of hunters and family.
They have something for everyone!
I took my son on his first hunt as well as my brother and his son (it was my nephew's birthday). We all left with the experience of a lifetime. Our Guide (Kody) was an absolute Rockstar. He was kind, calm and an absolute legend with the boys who both had a successful first hunt. (Kody if you see this Jaxson said "Hey Kody!"). Kody knew just how to help the boys (age 9 and 7) in having a successful hunt. He taught them all about the animals, the ethics of hunting and harvesting an animal and tolerated their continuously rambunctious nature with grace only a fellow dad could understand.
Every hunt the meat and harvest was well cared for and the processing and taxidermy process was super simple, efficient and expertly handled.
Jordan was super accommodating and allowed us to make a last minute addition to our party. Amazing hospitality from every one of the guides, staff, and management. I cannot say thank you to you all enough! The Texas Hunt lodge team and owner should absolutely be proud of the amazing experience you all provide!
Texas Hunt lodge is without a doubt the best hunting experience we have ever had and we will be going back every year! Well worth every penny!
