“We highly recommend Clima storage. Best storage facility we have ever used (and we have used several with multiple moves).The facility is always clean and no bugs or rodents. We felt that our things were safe and secure with gate, key pad system and cameras. Michele has been great to work with the last few years, answers questions and returns calls. “The owner is kind, attentive, and helpful. He has sought us out while we are on property, rather than us having to look for him. This is not the flashiest storage facility in the Kerrville area, but it was exactly what we needed, when we needed it, at an excellent price. The property is not paved, so that may be a drawback for some, but it works fine for us.”

“Clean place. Good luck getting someone to answer a phone call or email...both units I rented it took them nearly a week to take the lock off. Wasn't offered a refund for the 5 days I couldn't use my unit. Just be aware how may not get it opened for a while and not get anyone to answer for days...otherwise nice units.”

“I was impressed by the Managers knowledge of how to store my stuff. I wasn't sure what size to get and just with me telling her what I had, she told me what size I needed. Very friendly and I didnt see any bugs or have any problems getting to the storage unit. I would recommend!”

“Although this building doesn't really have a place to park, it was a great place for us to store our things that required climate control. They even provided a rolling dolly to help get our things from our truck to our storage unit.”
