I stopped in to buy a battery and have them help me install it like all the other parts houses do. He said he wouldn’t help install it because there were only two of them in the store. At the time it was 730. They were just opening and there were no other customers around. I could tell he really didn’t want to help install a battery. Unfortunate I just went to Napa down the street. They always help install windshield wipers, batteries, etc.

Great place, charged up a dead battery in 30 minutes, no charge. very pleased with the helpful employees. Great store

This one on Junction Hwy is fairly new so it's not too busy and so, no long waits, and more time to talk to parts guy. One thing I miss is the original O'Reilly's years ago also had a repair shop so there was a real mechanic to ask questions to. I miss that .

Great experience with Earnest every time I call or come in. We have commerical account with them so I always call here first. Very upfront & puts forth effort you want from a parts store.

I called at ariund 7:20 pm on May19th and the Oreily’s associate asked me if I could be put on a brief hold. Fastforward 10 whole minutes later, I’m still on hold….and to make it worse….the associate didn’t even have the decency to check back in with me after 5 minutes, after being on hold for 10 minutes and not hearing from anyone I hung up….time is money…..go do business with a merchant that will value your time.
