No public restroom. I came in to shop for groceries, grabbed a cart, and then my young son said he needed to use the restroom. I walked to counter and asked for the key. I was told the restrooms are not for public use. I returned my cart and left, and will not be returning. A public restroom is a courtesy for the convenience of the customers. If you don't care enough about your customers to offer them the convenience of a restroom, I don't care enough to spend money there.
I'd like to add that the lines wrap around the front and will even go halfway down an aisle. Self checkout never open. One cashier at busiest time of day. This store is incredibly inconvenient. The only reason they stay open is because they're the only one in town.

No bathrooms for shoppers. Small child need to go during the shopping experience. Left all the cart stuff and walked out Liv less than apologetic when asked about it.

I hate to give not so good reviews but... This store is so overpriced! Prices here are more than what you pay at Walmart. I was told that's because Ingram is a tourist town and also they are a convenience store.
The employees are quite friendly and very helpful however if you buy something on sale make sure to tell them and then check your receipt because it seems it never rings up the sale price. You have to take the employee to where you saw the sign of the sale price.
I signed up for online shopping so I could get in on some sales but everything advertised is always out of stock. Why have a sale if everything on sale is out of stock? However if you visit the store those items are not out of stock but they're very hard to find they're not marked and you have to look or ask and then you're still not going to get that price .
I have concerns about sharing because this store is so very close to where I live and I don't drive much anymore and so this is where I can go to get my cat food which by the way, is priced at least 50 cents more than Walmart charges.
The staff is very friendly.

The cashier at the front was so friendly and efficient. My bank card was blocked due to travelling, and she was so patient and kind.

This Dollar General is the most unreliable store I've ever seen. They never hold to the stores own schedule, they close whenever they feel like it. The store is filthy, it makes me wish I lived in Kerrville. I've never written a bad review, I'm frustrated. We Shop here everyday, and you never know when they will just throw a sign on the door and close. This has been going on for a couple of months now

Website said it was open till 10:00 p.m. and there was a pink sign in the door that said closed at 9:30. We made a special trip over to buy a few things quickly.

The main store in Ingram is this Dollar General that is located on Junction Hwy. Coming from Kerrville, it will be on your right side and you'll notice the entrance to this establishment is on a large steep hill. Parking was an issue and highly suggest parking on the side. They do have a Redbox outside between the ice and front doors. Any major sale items that they have, they place outside in bins or on racks. Some of the aisles are a little messy and not enough room for two people to be in. Checkout can take a while especially if there is a line but the employees are quick to make conversation and help pass the time.

This is the dirtiest store I have ever gone to. The bathroom has a leaky toilet and sink, garbage everywhere, and dead roaches. The floors are filthy and look like they never mop under anything. The shelves desperately need washed. Even the parking lot is dirty. Trash overflows from the yard into the ditch by it. When I told a cashier, she said the manager there told her that it isn't their job to do that stuff. And, on top of that. the aisles are always full of boxes, which makes it hard to walk through places. Everything is always out of stock. Someone. Eeds to report this pla e to corporate.
