He did not endorse anyone but provided me a list of three mechanics I could call to replace the battery which went smooth. I returned the old battery and received a full refund on the new one since it was within the warranty period. “This one on Junction Hwy is fairly new so it's not too busy and so, no long waits, and more time to talk to parts guy. One thing I miss is the original O'Reilly's years ago also had a repair shop so there was a real mechanic to ask questions to. I miss that .”
