I am so grateful I opened my accounts with Security Service. they have been nothing but wonderful. I can’t say enough about the staff who are always there to greet you with a smile and help in anyway they can.Within a short two month span my mom passed away, my identity was stolen, and my car broke down.They were there for me at every turn. Including getting my car towed to the Dealership!! I could go on and on butI do have to give a special thanks to Kathryn who has been a godsend to me through all of this?I highly recommend this credit union and these wonderful people.

The customer service is exceptional. All of the staff members are trained on their job exceptionally well. Brooke, Miranda, Kim, and Marjorie are awesome! There was a problem with my card and these women worked on finding a solution for well over 4 days and guess what...they did! Definitely love doing business here!

I was most impressed with Miranda Cruz. She is so knowledgeable of the banking industry and answered all my questions . I felt so at ease in discussing my issues and she made me feel comfortable and there was no rush at all. She even introduced me to Assistant Branch Manager, Marjorie Elisardo, who also was extremely congenial. So my overall banking experience was excellent and I feel I am in good hands with Security Service Federal Credit Union. I only wish they would reopen a branch in Rockport, Texas.
