“After having the worst postal experience in my adult life at the Aransas Pass post office (see other review) I came in here to mail an envelope. The lady was tidying up the lobby and was very cheerful with a big smile on her face. She took my envelop and as a courtesy weighed it for me to ensure I had the correct postage. She told me, "you did everything perfect, looks great!" Then thanked me for my business even though I only purchsed a few small envelopes. She treated me as if I was the most important cusotmer in the world, and people who execute this level of customer service are few and far between....she made my day after the other lady just about ruined it!”
