Pawn shops usually get a bad rap, and people usually write a review to complain. I'm assuming people complain on here because they don't get what they are asking for and they don't know how a pawn shop functions. The "Ma and Pa" environment is a much better experience than a larger chain such as EZ Pawn. And people who think they would receive better customer service there are nuts.”
