Manger is very rude! She will try to keep ur deposit due to any reason she can think of… DONT WASTE UR TIME THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! Bed bugs, nasty sheets, room smelled like mold. At night the cars get broke into! Place is not safe we got robbed!!!! DONT BOOK HERE!

Horrible experience the staff was rude and racism played a part didn’t want to give me my deposit back plus it was bed bugs and I was robbed at gun point I don’t recommend this place at all

Booked this room since our daughter was getting married in Sinton. Check in was so easy and they were very nice. The room was clean and everything looked and worked great. It was in a great location and even though it is right off Highway 361, I heard very little traffic noise. I was expecting the same old continental breakfast, but breakfast was awesome, It had eggs, bacon sausage, oatmeal, muffins, yogurts, cereal, It was awesome. There were eight of us and all of us were surprised at how great the breakfast was. Will return and highly recommend. It is a great bargain for the money.

Worker friendly, close to job site, quiet by 8pm, and housekeeping every morning.Safety: I've been coming here for a while now and it seems as though the town dies around 9pm.Walkability: Gas station next door, apartments I'm looking into across the street, and a pretty good mexican restaurant not even 2 min away.

Very good experience, they respect the "do not disturb" sign which is a big thing for me. I really liked the updated smart tv with free Hulu. I'll definitely be checking in anytime I'm in town.

This hotel was an absolute disaster! I can't believe the state of this place. The mattresses were covered in all sorts of repulsive stains, right at the edge of the beds. And don't even get me started on the tub – it was utterly revolting. The whole room was infested with disgusting cockroaches, scurrying around everywhere.

I travel for work and have never been more mad with service.. "No bueno" My blue collar brothers. They have a ghetto knock for house keeping and they walk in ur room. And the AC doesn't work.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. The owners should be ashamed to have this business. The room was nasty, from stained chairs, to filthy lamp shades, it looked like blood stains on the bed. We went and got clorox clean up wipes and wiped down all surfaces, the nastiness was awful. We did not take a shower there the shower walls were gross and mold in grout. One good thing is I did not see any bugs. Note the pics do not show a 10th of the filth.

The room was a great price and clean. The noise outside at night was pretty loud though. The parking was horrible though. We came in late and had to park all the way at the road across the parking lot.

Refused a service dog, refused to give me breakfast. Stayed here 3 nights and didn't get to eat breakfast even once. AC didn't work. Wi-Fi was awful. Room was clean and good hot water that's about

Place was actually good for what it is, they offered breakfast and it they had a variety for adults and kids, pool is small but clean, the rooms were clean as well only thing the bed sheets didn't seem like they were changed out there was another persons hair under my pillows. The reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because of their deposit, it was not mentioned while booking online and it takes a couple days to come back to your card.

Horrible…! Don’t believe these reviews.. for one it was dead roaches on side of my bed to begin with ..! Crackheads live in half of the hotel running back and fourth all night so it was hard to get any sleep ! I got so frustrated with it I checked out early and they didn’t want to give me the remaining balance or deposit back .. and the big fat Mexican guy that works there and live on the property charged me extra bc he said a face towel was missing…! Like why would I wanna take one face towel.. it’s like he was mad bc I wanted to leave the hotel early so he started making things up … but long story short don’t waiste your time or money ! Don’t say I didn’t tell ya !

Well for starters my friend travels he has a service dog ..Front desk check in, rejected the option immediately when we walked in it, was posted on the door so I just asked her,.I said is there anything available for a service working dog he takes his dog to work hetakes the dog everywhere... Finally got that out of room dog .accommodate.It is against the law to refuse a veteran or a service dog that is a working dog availability.you must put $100 deposit upon registering and the air filters in there I had to clean out the air filters it was very just it was very dark in the air conditioner the the room the floor look like it was dirty I'm off the floor .Thank u
