This is a great clinic and all of the staff here are professional and courtesy. Dr Donna and her team has been wonderful to me and my family and I would highly recommend her and this clinic, I wanted to leave this review because I fell that the negative comments left are potentially false and fabricated.

Every time I call to get seen the phones are always busy for hours. When I show up they won’t take walk-ins and are all booked with no patients in the lobby. So I have to end up take a 20min drive to Kings Gate with a sick kid which always takes us in.

I was a patient as of today I am no longer a patient. I called yesterday to talk to Donna and I never got a call back so I called this morning and I told them that I wanted a list of doctors and they acted like they could care less. Worse clinic do not go there at all, they do not care about your health at all!?

Would t give locations star at all but have to to be able to post. Staff at this location is unprofessional Kenzie and the front in rude and office manager will not deal with customers keeps passing the buck to front staff to take care of.

Rude staff! Donna is a liar. I was refused care because the first time I saw her I couldn't go through the battery of tests she wanted to run. Very grateful to know right away what a phony medical clinic this is. Steer clear if you care at all about your health or that of your loved ones.

Waited for 40 minutes in empty lobby. Then we were walked to the back just to be told they don't have the shots we need. We had an appointment for these specific shots. Couldn't of you said that before we waited almost an hour? I read the reviews (Most not good) before hand and took them with a grain of salt before we went. I'm leaning more towards those reviews were highly accurate.

Would not recommend, and I would give 0 stars if I could. My sister was visiting from out of town when she began experiencing pain in her mouth and swelling in her cheek. We made her an appointment. She was “treated” by Donna, the NP. I used quotation marks around the word treated because she was not really treated. All Donna did was look in her mouth for a few seconds before telling her she had cellulitis. She prescribed Bactrim and Prednisone. Two days later, my sister’s condition worsened, so we made an emergency dental appointment. Turns out, she had an abscessed tooth and the bone was also infected. The dentist took care of the issue and prescribed different antibiotics. She was told that the Bactrim would not help and was instructed to discontinue the medications previously prescribed by Donna. She paid out of pocket, so not only was her visit with Donna a complete waste of time, but a waste of money as well.

Don't understand the negative responses. Donna Brazell has been my PCP for almost three years now. She gets me in when I need it, even on short notice. She diagnosed serious nerve damage after several other dr's misdiagnosed it, and she and her staff have been nothing but kind and helpful. More doctors need to spend time listening to their patients like they do here. There are 110% worth the short drive out to Idalou from Lubbock!!

Someone I know is facing a reoccurance of cancer. She went to this clinic to get the necessary referal paperwork to get the surgery she needs for her cancer. Because she declined a battery of expensive tests to get the referal, Donna refused treatment for her out of spite. This could knock her out of her surgical consult and put her treatment on hold for months. This clinic does not care about their patients. Don't go here if you hope to actually improve your health or have people that care at all looking after you.
