False advertising at this place all those supposedly discounted product tags you see on the self is a complete lie, i bought this one product and expected the other to be 50 % off it wasn't, even the lady in front of me who was checking out was wondering why her nail polish wasn't $2 something dollars like it said back there, instead it came out to be the original price of $4+, the cashier called for a price check and the lady came and said something stupid like it doesn't qualify for that discount because of something to do with colors, whatever that means. I didn't even say anything about why the other item i bought was not 50% off because there was a line behind me so i didn't wanna hold up the line.

Asked for a receipt since on a work trip. Women gets annoyed and says its going to be a long process to fix it and needs a manager. I said thats no problem and i could wait. Manager comes and she is sighing saying I will need to be able to show her all the items I purchased and takes me to the back of the store and proceeds to say that I need to in the future be certain I need a physical receipt before check out. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I told her I am so sorry but I cannot get reimbursed if I do not have receipt and didn’t understand why this was such a big deal. Turns out it’s an absolute huge deal and they will let you know how awful it is for them. Took me 15 minutes to get a receipt. Do not come here if you do not have to. I’ve never had such a bad experience at Walgreens in my entire life.

Was told by the shift leader, will get her name shortly and add to this review, that “we don’t do anything after 8pm.” They close at 10. Ummm… ? you don’t do anything after 8? Does your boss know this?? This woman needs to be fired immediately. She literally turned down money. Look at the reviews on this place. It’s obvious this store needs a complete management overhaul.Will never step foot in that store again. Save yourself the headache and do not go to this store.Management. You need to fire the shift leader that was working on Wednesday evening 9:30 pm May 15 2024. She does not care about your business at all. Watch the video. Hope it has audio.

TLDR; I drove an hour to pick up a medication this pharmacy had in stock & got transfered in. The kindness & patience from the pharmacist was very appreciative.Firstly, it's important to understand that you will receive the service you give. Those who give low ratings to retail pharmacies may not understand the challenges of working in this industry. However, the staff and pharmacist work hard to provide excellent customer service. My advice is to be patient and courteous to the staff, and treat them as you would like to be treated. They handle over 500 prescriptions a day on average, so it's important to plan ahead and come back when your prescription is ready. The staff is working as quickly as possible, even though they may be short-staffed and working long shifts. It's important to show them the respect they deserve. If you're waiting for your prescription in person, it's a good idea to bring a book and wait patiently until it's your turn. Rather than complaining about the timing, it's better to ensure that your prescription is filled correctly. Be kind, and you're sure to receive excellent service!

Lead on shift at 7pm. If I could give 0 stars I would. Needed to make a return and use member number for purchase as I had 5$ (or so on my account) took this "lead" 28 minutes and multiple attempts to finalize return. I had paid in cash, order got voided and essentially the transaction was "done". Lead was confused why we weren't finished, but didn't refund my cash. Honestly it was bizarre. It finally got worked out but all I felt was that they just wanted to me to leave and be done with it.

Pharmacy Service is very poor. Girls in the counters act like as if they are busy and keep cracking jokes without attending the waiting patients. They have a negligence attitude even in their communication. Always delayed my prescription and do not have courtesy to inform me on the delays.I would never recommend this pharmacy.

Delays upon delays and won’t communicate why. I just need very simple meds due to illness and have to wait until the next day for unknown reasons. They don’t care. They are dismissive and rude. I don’t like giving negative reviews, but please show some decent human compassion for people.

This location's pharmacy is a complete mess and gets worse year after year. They're always "training" someone new, aka leaving them to fend for themselves with upset customers and questions they couldn't possibly be prepared for yet. They'll finally fill and check you out for 1 of your prescriptions and seemingly instantly forget you have another one even though you just told them. There is frequently different pharmacists that are trying their hardest to keep up but there is just too much to do. Their lunch is 1:30 to 2 but be prepared for them to stop working on stuff and filling and checking out with excuses by 12:45 saying they can't help you until after. Nearly every other time we get a message that we can pick something up and we get there, wait in the long lines and poof it's not actually ready and we have to wait or come back or send it somewhere else entirely anyway. We've recently switched to HEB and will never be back even though it's much closer to our home.

Store is well stocked but service is poor. Staff is unfriendly to the point of being confrontational. Would not recommend visiting unless there’s no other option.

The most unprofessional store I have ever been in. Don't even get me started with the manager who is just terrible at her job. Avoid this store at all cost don't waste your time!
