“There's always something new there every week. I buy my garden angels and fairies there. I've even given garden angels away to people and they have taken them inside to their house for protection, as a guardian angel. ?”

“Randomly found them from a Facebook post even though I probably have passed their location countless times.Found a beautiful piece to take home. Friendly staff and very personable beyond a sale. Greatly appreciated it.”

“They have helped me - and probably an immense amount of others - with so much. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This place gives me hope. If you need assistance with food or really anything, they will help you and they will do so happily.”

“Salvation Army is fundamental in helping those in the Georgetown Community that need help.Upon reading the contents on the comparison of Volunteers it made me feel ashamed for those that choose to make Petty judgements.Having been a Volunteer for over 11 yrs with Girl Scouts I learned that every VolunteerBleeds the same color, so to speak.Thank you……”

“Great thrifting. It's always hit and miss. Some days there are treasures. Some days, I leave with nothing. Lots of clothes and housewares. Sometimes they have grest donations of new items. I saw some puzzles for older kids or adults. They have some counters of costume jewelry and nicer stuff. Took a stroll through furniture to look at lamps. I was specifically looking for Christmas decore and / or itens to enhance the Holiday table. Didn't find much for me but there's lots of goodies worth a peek.”

“This is a cool store to shop, that you definitely can find a gem or two, every so often. This store, like most stores is flooded with re-sellers and you will see as soon as something comes out, people attacking it aggressively, but that's become common at the thrift stores I've visited in the area. The only odd thing about this store, is that they actually allow one of the re-sellers to put out the clothes for them and allow him to pick through it as he does it and throw it in his cart. I've honestly never seen that at any store before, but it made me no longer donate higher end clothes to Salvation Army. I always thought the fun of a thrift store was that everyone has an equal shot at finding something awesome. The prices here have gone up over the years I've stopped by and in some cases are in line with their main competitor, but I think that's just the nature of the business. This store always seems to have awesome employees and is generally clean and well organized, but it can look like a bomb went off after a sale day. If you haven't been to one of these stores before, keep in mind, they do staple price tags through the clothing, so keep in mind you may have holes in a weird spot, since it's usually stapled on the clothes and not on the wash tag, like a lot of other places do. This place has an awesome selection of furniture and pictures, that seems to rotate regularly. They are a little bit light on the electronics, toys, and books, but you should still be able to find a thing or two that will make it worthwhile when you make your way there!”

“Great finds! I love thrifting but always want to see only what's already in trend or brands that I love. Here they sift threw it and only put up what people love. You can even find designer!”

“Nice, new store with all the goodies of a Goodwi ll store. Clean and well organized. Friendly staff that will always greet you as you walk in. Convenient location off 130 just north of 45, first exit at Gaddis School, u-turn and on the right, (that's northbound, last exit southbound from Georgetown.”

“This little place is always full of treasures at reasonable prices. What a thrift shop should be! Just make sure you call before you go to make sure they are open :)”

“The employees are always really nice and the store is pretty clean! My only issues are that the prices are somewhat high (I’ve seen used $5 target shirts for sale for $6…) and the racks are a bit overstuffed which makes it difficult to browse.”

“This store has a lot of clothes and a decent selection of things for the kitchen as well as lamps and books. Not a lot of furniture. Items that I saw were priced ok. I bought two lamps, a lamp shade and a small tea pot for $20”

“So many interesting treasures to explore in this establishment! A little pricey on certain items but overall, it's pretty nice for a thrift store. The store is clean and mostly orderly. The only downside for me was the staff members weren't very friendly. I wasn't greeted upon entering and when I asked the cashier for help with a larger furniture item in the back of the store, the young lady huffed and quite sarcastically used the phone to call for another staff member to assist me. After I thanked her, she then ignored me until the other staff member arrived. At least that gentleman was friendly. He kindly offered to help load the furniture into my vehicle which I was very grateful for. I wish every employee would behave like he did.”

“Always great finds, and great prices. Perfect for getting out of the house.I do have a concern though! Why can we not buy baby items other than clothing? I was told that we cannot even buy the items in bulk anymore. Perfectly good usable items are getting thrown away! In this instance I found a pack n play that was clean and unbroken just missing the hanging toys. I went to check out and was told that I couldnt purchase the item.I would really appreciate it if this could get answered or resolved.”

“This location is pretty good, I typically don't go in and just use the drive through to drop off, which is very convenient. But I sometimes go inside to look for special occasion outfits like Halloween and other holiday stuff, those things are usually easy to find.”

“Nice clean store with kind helpful (and hard-working!!!) staff.I wanted to see some items on a high shelf. They sent someone over quickly to help.Lots of "new with tags" items which is always nice.Thank you GWTV for a fun and productive shopping experience. I was able to get some really cute Holiday items for my grandchildren. Best Goodwill haul ... probably ever because of your help and good-natured engagement.”

“A lot of choices for anything. My Dad found 2 great PGA golf shirts like brand new. Goodwill has sure gone up with their prices. Some things on my own know I'm not going to pay that I might as well go to Ross. But sometimes most of the time you can find a good deal if they've got maybe a little greedy”
