Absolutely love, love, love this place. It is AWESOME. I do have 2 pieces of feedback though. PLEASE bring back y’all’s manager, John, he was such a super cool dude and always had a smile on his face and was interactive with us customers and just made the place feel more welcome and inviting, like more than just a “car wash” AND for the love, PLEASE get a different scent of car air freshener other than the black ice, like literally anything , lol, maybe vanilla or something. But overall this is a great place, always clean and nice to go to!!!

Use Caution! Machines damaged my vehicle. 5/30. Management denied the machines even had the ability to make the scratches and would offer zero help. Not a stand up company! Stay away if you enjoy your car.

They are very conscientious about your vehicle being to your satisfaction!! The employee had me run my SUV through twice because the bugs didn't come as they would have hoped. It WAS bad from commuting at night. Clean as a whistle now. Thank you all !! Great people!!

Great installation. Awesome facility that offers a variety of choices. I really like the membership, cause I have to was my truck more than once a week, and that would add up if I payed every time. But for 30 bucks a month, I get a great wash, a hand dried vehicle, and tire and rim shine before I even get out of the truck to vacuum and wipe down the inside. Also! They offer towels and windows cleaner along with a conditioner, and, and! A high pressure air nosal for cleaning the insides and blowing off the outside. They have managed to think of all the small things that helps me keep our vehicles clean and beautiful. So, if you like to drive a clean vehicle, go get the membership they have lesser plans and higher plans. But, it is worth it. Also, try and bring a few singles or a five/ten even a twenty, because the workers that hand dry and do the tire shine take tips. You don't have to, but I feel they deserve a tip. Sometimes small, sometimes large. Anyway, a great place.

Brand new. Everything works. Towel dry at the end of the tunnel. The vacuums totally suck ? and that's a good thing.
Can't wait for the more convenient location to open in the Pfloog

Fairly new car wash still, my opinion. Correct me if i am wrong. Great location. Not far from where i live. Easy and convenient. Signed up for a monthly plan. Can wash as much as i want, no question asked. Crew is friendly and professional. Always will recommend to neighbors and friends.

Every time they would miss spots. Ended up canceling around 20 day mark. I verified I would have until the 31st several times before hanging up. Nope, guess who looked like a big dummy sitting there, expecting them to honor the 30 days, me. What an absolute disservice. I even went in to ask for clarification and they said they would get back to be me by the end of the day. What a joke of a business, can't honor full contract and can't clean the car fully.

Canceled my membership going back to Mister Car Wash.If you have utility or work trucks this isn't the place.They want even heavy objects removed from truck bed even though I been coming no problem.Certain staff was extremely rude and the managers wasnt any help.Not worth the money better express car wash facilities in the area.
