Half empty melted smoothie bowls. Barely any fruits! The saddest bowl ever! They said they ran out of açaí and it was 4:30pm! Not a good location. This is not the first time they mess up!

Waited over 30 minutes for a smoothie bowl at the drive thru line. At that point I just wanted to be refunded and go about my day, but I was left at the window for another 10 minutes. There’s no manager on duty and three teens are left running the store. Only one girl is actually making the smoothies while the other two walked into the back and never came out.

First time here, ordered thru the drive thru, had the go go goji crunch açaí bowl with mangoes and coco nibs - so delicious. Will return again!

Araceli, Ollie and Katie locked me out of the store due to a complaint I had. I reported the business a week ago and they still haven't responded or refunded my order.

The big muscular dude was super rude and you can taste the powder of the fake fruit stuff in the smoothie.

This place is usually really slow, but I just got the most amazing fruit açai bowl delivered I had to write a review. It was amazing!!! It has açai mixed with granola as the base, then cacao nibs, strawberries, bananas, and chocolate syrup topping. I loved it.

Horrible customer service and unprofessional. As I was asking questions about menu items the employee Margo kept calling me "bro". I'm sure the company trained you to be a little bit more professional than that. I continued to ask questions because I don't normally get a smoothie from Smoothie King. Margo had a bad attitude and seemed annoyed. I felt Margo had rushed me in selecting my smoothie. While waiting for my smoothie I watched both employees scratch their head and continued to make smoothies. Very disgusting!!! Definitely won't recommend this place.

Araceli, Ollie and Katie are an embarrassment to the company. You may need to consider reviewing your video from today, because they decided to lock me out of the store during the daytime due to a complaint I had. Pretty sure that’s illegal and an OSHA violation for your business. Might be time to make some employment changes.

Too bad the owner (Jamie Joyal) doesn’t allow his employees to provide adequate service to the customers!! Certain smoothies are chunkier than others and benefit from extra time at the blending stage to eliminate chunks. I’ve been buying smoothies primarily from this location for over 3 years now and Jamie recently instituted a policy change prohibiting his employees from honoring a “double-blended” modification to the order! This is stupid! If a customer is asking, proactively, for the constitution of the smoothie to change, then let it happen! It adds a de-minimus amount of time to the total order-to-cash cycle and puts the customer first! Super annoying and I’m tired of patronizing an establishment which serves up its smoothies with a side of frustration for its customers. Jamie - if this policy doesn’t change, I’m done with this location!

We walk in, this guy is counting Penney’s at the register. We’re waiting in front of him. He doesn’t look or say anything to us for 5 mins. Nobody in the store said anything to us.Until we asked the drive thru guy if we can order from him cause the guy was too busy counting 20 cents in Pennie’s and still didn’t say anything to us.Learn to communicate, horrible customer service. Coulda said, give me a moment while I finish this up, or coulda said something instead the person was just listening to music on his headphones. We complained and he still didn’t say anything to us. Horrible2nd time this has happened…Thank God for the drive thru guy. Only person that knew how to talk in the whole store

What a bad first impression, and will undoubtedly be the last. I ordered 2 smoothies online and drove over. One smoothie, labeled 2of2 was in the online pick up area. An employee (later identified as the manager) came over and said "did you need something?" I said I was waiting for my other smoothie. He says "oh yeah we're out of that along with our other 3 stores." He said I could order something else but honestly I wanted what I ordered so I asked if he could just cancel the one and refund it. He stated they can't cancel online orders and I would need to do it online. After poking around the app (with no help from the manager) I found this wasn't possible and in the FAQs it clearly states the store will cancel the order and all they need was the order number, which I had. They refused to cancel starting that's not what they were told even after clearly showing them the policy. So, my choice was either order something I didn't want or lose money. Clearly there needs to be some training in policy and customer service here. Sorry Smoothie King but there's plenty of other places who are willing to provide customer service and judging by some of the other reviews here you aren't in a hurry to correct such behaviors.

Came in and ordered three smoothies: one for my husband, my son, and myself. Service was kind and quick. The store was clean and well put together.Smoothies all tasted great, the green smoothie was a bit on the watery side but still tasty.

I went to the drive dru Window and I ordered my two PB Swirls fruit bowl and a watermelon strawberry smoothie and they told me to pull and they made me wait 45 minutes to get rest of my order. I went to ask where is rest of my order at they told me they was kind of back up and they will give me rest of my order. The manager was came out and started getting smart. And he told me he going to cancel my rest of my order and when I send my daughter to get my order the PB Swirls was sitting on the counter and was melting. The manager had bad attitude. I will not be getting any more of my orders there .
