“Every single time I come here, the postal clerks do such a stand up job. Kind, courteous, efficient and with genuine smiles on their faces. Even today, as people flooded the room at 5 o'clock on a Friday with one older gentleman having a dolly's worth of packages (literally brought in on a dolly), they were both excellent to everyone.
