the worst store that exists in the entire United States, bad service, they do not cover warranty they sell damaged parts, I do not understand how this store is still open the worst customer service that exists I prefer to buy at the autozone that is across the corner for the life of me I know that I see that store is burning or being robbed and I won't even turn to look at them,

Greeted by the assistant store manager and a smiling face filled with anticipation of being able to help a customer or potential customer. I had a battery issue and needed clarification if it was the battery, the alternator, or some other aspect so we would know what to fix. After several free diagnostic tests, he explained that he felt like the battery was sound and the truck just needed to be driven. He went to the trouble to explain that a lot of folks think that the alternator helps to charge up the battery while it's being driven, but in reality all it does is maintain the most recent level achieved. If the battery goes down a little, the alternator only maintains to that new level until a positive impact is made by charging.

Went in to see if they could check my battery on my Camero. Really nice young man came outside to see what he could do. We laughed because we didn't know where the battery was. So we both googled it. Well, it's in the trunk. So after we removed the value packs of sodas, I had just purchased from Sam's club for my office, we found where the battery was hidden. The problem was that he could only reach half of the battery. In order to get to the entire battery, we would have needed to remove the lining in the trunk. That was not gonna happen. Especially not in the parking lot. I appreciate that they were willing to test my battery for me and didn't say there would be a charge. My husband recommends going to O'Reillys because of the customer you get from them. I couldn't agree more.

Always a pleasant experience. Every person that works there has great knowledge and is more than willing to defer to another well versed fella next to them. They are more concerned with making sure what you need is correct and you are comfortable with your purchase rather than simply running a register. This location is always my first and only call.

I didn’t get the employee name but I have had a really bad few weeks. Of course battery went bad. ?♂️ He was very helpful and kind. He had a new battery on within a few minutes. Thank you for making my bad day a little better! Great job!

I needed to get my car battery checked and I ended up needing a new one. It was a 6 yr old battery so I knew it would need to be replaced. Aaron checked it for me, had a battery for my model car and I asked if he could install it and he was more than willing to do it. Aaron was very patient and polite not to mention very professional. I will continue to shop at this store. I highly recommend them.

The guys there are helpful..l like buying Cover All by the gallon which is $35 with tax..and $12 14oz..the gallon is more for your buck plus its great for detailing your car leather and tires look new not super glossy..thank you again

I purchased my battery at O'Reilly's back in April. I had to jump start my car several times, so I took it back to them. They told me my battery was fine. I asked if they could check the alternator. The very young man told me I would have to remove the alternator and bring it back for them to check it. I left, but I didn't think that was right. I called a friend and he said they should be able to check it. I took it to AutoZone and the man there told me they would have to charge the battery completely and then they could check it. He brought me inside, gave me a place to sit, got me a bottle of water and checked my alternator and starter. It was the alternator. O'REILLY'S just lost my business!!!
