“I've been using this place for our vehicles for a few years now and they have been great. However, it seems like they were purchased by a new group, no familiar faces and I watched them bone a guy in front of me because they put an expensive synthetic in his truck he didn't ask for. They didn't know how to run the payment system to compensate the man. They just ignored him until he left. Also they weren't able to do a tire rotation due to there not being anyone trained on it. I love to support local businesses, but when they are sold off, we have to keep an eye on the changes in the business. So here's your heads up. We'll see how it goes.”
“Super nice guys. My only reason for not providing a 5 rating is that because I arrived an hour or so before closing, they were unable to provide some of the services I needed because of staffing. Otherwise, I will definitely revisit their shop. Very thorough team.”
