Literally the absolute best, most patient, and very well versed in your specific sleeping style and needs for your unique mattress customized for your lifestyle. This is now the second mattress I have purchased from the Hutto store and it was not disappointing by any means. The staff is phenomenal including the manager and that speaks for itself. Highly highly recommend they have mattress for every need and price point.

I was told I could save money by purchasing an "overstocked" box spring, which I later learned was actually a USED box spring (that had been returned by another customer). I immediately went back to the store and requested a BRAND NEW box spring. The Salesman "supposedly" made the change. However, what I RECEIVED upon delivery was clearly a USED box spring. I feel deceived by Mattress Firm Hutto.
P.S. There is no "confusion." This is very simple: Mattress Firm sold me a USED Box Spring, when I clearly requested a NEW one. It seems completely UNSANITARY to be selling USED Mattresses or Box Springs.

The sales team at the store was amazing. The guys at the warehouse, who loaded were very helpful and made sure I was safe driving home with the load in my truck. The young lady at the warehouse could possibly use some customer service training. Once I got home the box spring was damaged. (no fault to anyone ) They did an exchange and fixed the minor issue. I will definitely shop again at the Hutto store again .

I honestly cannot remember the name of the lady we worked with, I'm really bad with names, but she was absolutely fantastic! She got us a bed with very affordable payments and totally talked us into an adjustable frame which, honestly, we weren't sure about but having it has actually been really nice. She was really friendly and kind and cool with the kids we brought with us helping us try all the beds. Fantastic customer service and actually planning on going back for pillows in the very near future. Would definitely buy from here again and have already recommended this place to many of my friends and family.
