A very amazing and very helpful David walked us through a lot of the store. We got paint, toilets, a water heater, tile etc. We spent a couple extra thousand than we planned on walking in but it was worth it!

Wish I could give this store a 0! I Pushed the assistance button in appliances, and finally someone comes over and they immediately begin helping another customer that just walked up. 30 minutes later still no one is helping me. I will take my Business to Home Depot because the customer Seevice at this store is horrible!

Be aware! The don't wanna accept return for broken sprayer which I bought a week ago. It ruined my baseboards. Manager didn't help. This is their new rule which requires manufacturers approval to return.

5th June 2024 update: The onlune ouckup area has been revamped as habe thw self checkouts. Mobile payments are accepted(not sure about Apple pay).
I was looking for a part, and l, let's call him J, was very helpful. I brought the old part, explained what I had, versus what I needed, and he found it right away. He even measured the new part to make sure it would work. We had a couple of laughs before our conversation ended.

Anthony, at the Lowes in Hutto, is the best! He helped us 2 older women select, loaded up, checked us out and took out 3 toilets to our car. He did it all on his own and couldn't have been nicer!! We appreciated his help so much! Great associate!
