Staff was helpful & quickly took care of replacing my battery. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars & not 5, is the price I paid for battery. I looked online & Jiffy lube is charging $160 more for my Buick Enclave battery than other auto servicing vendors. I was so disappointed because I really like to use Jiffy Lube and appreciate their considerate & efficient staff. In the future I will go elsewhere for battery replacement and I have 3 cars! I will also be more careful to compare their prices on their other services🙁

**PREDATORY SALES ALERT** I went to get an oil change and was told by the cashier person I had additional issues with my car which he listed but mainly stated my battery was bad and needed to be replaced immediately and my car only accepts one type of battery that costs $400!! I told them I would get another opinion and was told and shown by Advanced Auto Parts and Walmart auto center that my battery was GOOD and did NOT need to be replaced. It was very stressful and time consuming to confirm the status of battery and it’s very shameful this company is still doing predatory sales practices.

WARNING!!! **please read** This jiffy lube has been avoiding paying for repairs for about a year and a half now and completely avoiding me due to their negligence.
July 2023 they backed my Escalade into a gold SUV causing 3k in damages to the back of my SUV. They TRIED to hide the damages from me but I confronted them about what happened because you could see the damage. They then said “oh you noticed” and showed me the security footage. I pray the gold SUV is not going through the same thing I am. They have ignored me for months, then made me run around and get quotes, I got the quotes and was then ignored again for months. They only would reply if jiffy lube customer service reached out to them. But now they won’t even reply to corporate. After being told the manger needed to see my car I go to the location and he agreed to send the paperwork for payment. Surprise, surprise crickets. Finally after a few more months he sends the documents. I send them back. And nothing. Now my emails are getting returned. It’s now been many months since then and they won’t even reply to corporate. I should not still be awaiting repairs and being completely ignored by this franchise. I didn’t cause the 3k in damages their staff did and I have the documentation to prove it. If they are blatantly operating in this manner I worry what they have put others through.

I got off work and headed to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change before they closed. Their website says this location was open until 7 but when I pulled up at 5:45 they looked like they were closing down. I asked if they were still open, and one of the mechanics was very kind and said yes. The person in the lobby was apparently irritated that I was there and was short with me. When I simply responded “I’m sorry, it’s been a long day” to his question, he suddenly developed a tone with me and snapped back “oh yeah well we’re actually closed” as if it personally offended him that I happened to have a long day and was there. He then proceeded to be condescending towards me about a couple of front wipers that needed to be replaced and further condescending and snappy towards me when I was paying. Maybe update the hours to show the correct closing time or simply ask me to come back in the morning if you’re going to be this unpleasant towards paying customers.
