“So glad we met Kurt Geib at Astound. Our customer service call center is strictly VoIP. Before Kurt, we had poor call quality and unresponsive CRM software. Our staff dreaded coming in to work on rainy days when it was the worst. After Kurt, we haven’t had a single complaint. I personally work from a laptop and have stopped using our office WiFi because even our wireless router (from another provider) has problems and those go away completely when I plug directly into our Astound route.”

“I am making this review to commend the young man at the T-mobile store in Hutto next to I30. Jaylon, was very patient with me by helping me understand my bill and disecting all the numbers under my plan. Turns out I have 8 lines under my plan, yet only 3 physical phones and one tablet. I am technologically impaired and somehow I got sucked into all the "woderful things" T-mobile offers, lol. Jaylon even kindly assisted me with setting up an appointment to get my iPad fixed which has been broken for a year now and I never seemed to make it out to a T-mobile store. It's refreshing to see a young man who is passionate about his work. Most young people nowadays do not understand the concept of "customer service." T-mobile give this young man a raise or promotion as he carries your name high!!”
