I get a phone call and a text saying my prescription is ready on Wednesday. I show up on Thursday after waiting in their damn for 25 minutes. Only to be told my prescription will be ready in 20 minutes. They made a mistake.

The person I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful when I called to ask about a prescription. She gave me an attitude and told me to go through the app. It’s close to the end of the day and I get that but I’m sick and didn’t need that attitude from her when I was simply seeing if something was ready.

This pharmacy always great customer service, but I did notice a new pharmacist and 2 new staff members. The previous heb pharmacy did make a mistake which cause confusion at this one. Which I even apologized for. But the one helping me, her name started with a D, possibly was not having a good day to begin with cause of the faces she was making when she was confirming my identity. And then when she called the pharmacist, named Stephanie, who I assumed was called to not only explain the uses and effects but questions I have for the meds. Meds for the same symptoms cause I'm pregnant, but I wasn't sure if a med didn't work could I take one before the hours suggested. And she sounded bothered and for me to ask my doctor... but I would think a pharmacist knows what meds you can take with another if needed or if you can't take them with another.
I told her thank you cause I just wanted the meds, and she put the phone down and made a remark to the staff member, D, who made another face right in front of me lol.
Idk what the vibe was in the pharmacy before I got there but it showed and it was felt... just that they are mindful that there is a window to see them with faces and body language lol

So kind and caring! My son had a late after hours appointment with the doctor. He needed antibiotics, and the sooner the better. The RX arrived in their system 1 minute before closing. The pharmacist and team were kind enough to stay a few extra minutes to fill and flavor his script. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their compassion for my sick child. These people probably hear more complaints than kind words, so I wanted you all to know how much your kindness means to us. Thank you :)

Slow, sloppy, and smug.The HEB is outstanding with a wonderful staff of bright, helpful people.Their pharmacy, however, is the exact opposite.The staff is slow, unpleasant, and unhelpful. They have convinced me to switch any prescriptions I have to a different pharmacy.

This pharmacy sucks I put in a request for the same prescription that I need everyday and they denied it over and over WHEN ITS TIME TO REFILL IT. Then they don’t answer the phones they hung up constantly. Definitely recommend a different pharmacy.

Good LORD!I’m still in the drive through to pick up 2 RXs and it’s been no less than an hour! I get that this place is busy but an hr plus wait time for “Hi! Name? DOB?” *finds prescriptions* “please pay, here’s your meds” is absolutely insane.Inside is almost, ALMOST, bearable but you’ll still be stuck staring at only one cashier with 2 other empty cash registers…. Or is it 3?Get it together for the LOVE OF GOD!My other H‑E‑B was also a “super” HEB and still had my rxs in my hand with in a few moments.Also. Fix your speaker! It’s been out for a few weeks now and lord knows y’all make enough money

Nice, helpful folks, but either they need another person or two, or they need to better manage them, because it's nearly always a wait.

They have not once ever had a prescription ready when it is supposed to be. And you have to wait in a long line no matter what just to be told that your prescription isn’t ready. I would suggest using a different pharmacy.

Staff is nice and friendly, but it seems like they are always short staffed and wait time is really long. Never attempt to go during rush hour. You might be there for at least 40 min waiting in line.
