Really bad communication with Kim this afternoon really upset about it, went in got my haircut I told her 4 on top and 5 on the side she does the opposite of what I ask her to do never will go back again.

Worst experience ever in the states, I never thought services can go so bad. My requirements were simple, short hair all along, all she did was use the hair clippers and move around my head in all different directions. And once done, no checks to see if things are alright or not. She never used a comb ?. No wonder there was no waiting list when I checked-in. ?

Hispanic lady on the first left chair was very rude, she needs to realize that she is in a service industry. Her tone was very rude to every single customers she was checking in.
And most important, her fades were horrible.

Worst pls if you are going to pay full price pls go to the actual barber . Don’t waste your money . This was the third time we went here and worst visit . First of all we were in the queue online and had to wait for more than 2 hours (it was last coupon expire day so was very crowed ) It was our mistake as well we should have gone earlier but never thought it will be so crowed . Anyways 2 ppl just walked in and said they registered online and they don’t know why their names are not showing online so they took them both before us . This pissed me off and when my husband turn came I just paid the money during the hair cut biggest mistake . The hair dresser did the worst job ( end of the day or she was frustrated I don’t know ) she didn’t even used hair dryer on my hubby hair and said it’s done not even cleaned . I always paid good tip min 8-10 % every time I visit after giving full price for haircut . This time I didn’t paid tip cos I was very upset . And that’s y she did such a bad job . Nobody deserves this kind of treatment if they are paying full price or with coupon . Bad bad experience.

Great people but when they show you a picture of a haircut and ask would you like this haircut....I'm not sure why they ask. The end result wasn't even close to what they showed my son and wasn't even at all. Sideburns were crooked and the front too. The sides weren't cut as short as they were suppose to. I tried giving great clips another chance but my son is so disappointed and so am I.

George, there is a reason for check in. If someone if not in store, make sense you take next client. But someone is waiting in store and 1st on the list, you can not take 4th one on the list.

My wife took our kid for a haircut on her 13th birthday to make it special for her. The stylist who worked on her was Evelyn Dunn. She racially abused my wife and kids (13 and 8 year olds) and made it the worst teenage birthday anyone can ever have. She insulted them based on their skin color by telling them that “they could’ve gone to a near by salon where they serve brown people” and threw insults at my family. A customer sitting and waiting also had similar experience in the past.
First off, she messed up my kid’s hair very badly then she racially abused us and then she threw insults and was very abusive as well. I’m not sure how this place even hired her. She doesn’t have stable hands and she is a danger to the customers visiting this place!
After we called customer care, The owner called and issued an apology but the scar Evelyn Dunn has left on my innocent kids would never be forgotten. She should be fired and her license should be cancelled.
Beware of this lady, she’s pure evil.

I've been coming here for a while now. Today has been the rudest I've ever been treated. Both of the ladies working here today were so dam rude to my kids and other customers. Neither of them had patience. It sucks that they have to create a hostile environment for customers especially young customers!
