I bought some Easter candy that was marked 25% off but did not ring up sale price. The guy at the register said I will have to call my manager. He sent her a message from his phone. I waited 15 min but she never came to help him. After 10 min he went to look for her but couldn’t find her. I finally said “just take it off my ticket”. He said “ I’m not authorized to do that”. A line was forming behind me & the poor guy looked like he was gonna cry so I just paid full price for the candy. Whoever the manager is at this location needs to get her act together. Won’t be going back to this store!

Since a new manager took over, this store has become a well managed place to shop. Items were rearrange d in a way that made more since. There's a variety of staff there which is refreshing ?

I just left this store. I have never seen more bad customer abuse in my life. I have seen the manager treat some clients in the worst way and I could not contain myself from writing, it is my first opinion in the 12 years that I have lived in this country, I will not go there anymore. Vote for it.

My experience is the worst I have had in this country, the manager is the most poorly educated and rude person, she has a lack of education, ethics should honestly be voted out of everything that is working with the client.

If there were 0 stars I would put it, the manager of this place is a person with a lot of lack of ethics and professionalism, don't bother applying to this place, the manager is very busy and never has time for people who are looking for work, They need to remove the hiring sign because it's just for fun. If I were the owner, I would take time to check on my employee because she is paying her a salary that she does not deserve.

This place is horrible, I went this morning and I had the worst costumer service from ADRIANA which is the General Manager of the Store , she gave me attitude and made gestures with her face, this is unacceptable I totally won't recommend this place to nobody just because of ADRIANA.If she didn't work, there would be a place full of good energy. That’s all i have to say!!

The dollar general store # 7448 they not friendly people they don’t speak at all To me or said hello hi either I was in there today they act like was going steal out store I was brought up the right way both my parents raise me right I never stole in my intired life for the one the staff follow me like that worries me in they a like they did not want check me out the register when got merchandise to check out register Texas is the state capital of Austin I hate said this I am not racial but have came in some crazy people who is racial in Texas is a proodict state that don’t like black people

First impression when we parked was we will never come back but let's see if they have what we need (we were looking for fake spider web). Stepped out of our car and immediately smelled dead animal/mold it was so awful. The music was blaring profanity and having my 2 children with me this was not ideal. I could not talk to my husband because the music was so loud. The entire store was disgusting and could not even walk through the aisle due to inventory stacked so high. Shelves were pretty empty and the workers just laughing at the front. We didn't buy anything and walked out. Will not return.

The store manager Adrianna at this Hutto location is rude and unprofessional.I had a full cart of yellow circle dot shoes. I asked her if the shoes were discounted and she said they were full price okay, fine. I took one pair to the self checkout andIt scanned full price after I totalled it (some items ring up a penny).I left my cart full of the yellow circle dot shoes in the back of the store and I purchased the other items in my cart. (Ice cream)After I purchased my items I see Adrianna on my way out near the front door with the cart i had left behind in the back of the store.As I am leaving Adrianna tells me that she keeps the store in order and clean.I said thank you and I left. I also laughed bc it was raining and I'm watching her watching me as I get in my car.Adriana is still standing at the door staring at me. A good few minutes.This store manager needs to stop bullying the customers if the customer decides to not purchase a cart full of stuff.We shop. Some of us are penny shoppers and a lot of us clear out stores if the management does not do their jobs.If management wants to view the store footage06/21/2023Approximately 8:10ish evening
