I recently visited the Cricket Mobile store in Hutto, Texas, and had an excellent experience. The store is managed by Carmen, who is an incredibly humble, nice, and funny lady. Carmen made the visit enjoyable with her friendly personality and professionalism. I was also assisted by Allison, a sales associate from a different store. Both Carmen and Allison were efficient and knowledgeable, even when the store started to get busy. The environment remained welcoming and positive throughout my visit. If you're in Hutto and need a phone or mobile service, I highly recommend stopping by this Cricket Mobile store. Great service and great people!

Went in to upgrade my phone and walked out with a new Moto g stylus fully set up and in a case. Other places just drop your stuff in a bag and send you on your way. Carlos and his team were great!
