They did a great job on my parking lot damage and went the extra mile to touch up my tailgate and improve the functioning of the handle. Lastly, they detailed the entire truck inside and out. Stellar service.

My wife and I needed body work done to the rear of our car. I went to a large collision repair company and couldn't believe the price they wanted. Most of the cost was from replacing versus repair. So, I called my mechanic and asked if he recommended anyone. Immediately he recommended Carlot Solutions. We made an appointment and Amiee, the owner, inspected the damage. She said the damage was repairable, which saved us a lot money. When we picked up our car I blown away at how nice the car looked. You could not tell that the car had been damaged. Not only was the car repaired beautifully but was washed and vacuumed. They really do go beyond expectations. I will always return here for any future repairs and I will always recommended them to anyone who needs body work. Carlot Solutions is a family owned business that is not only fair with their prices and highly skilled, but they are extremely honest. Thank you Amiee for taking wonderful care of us.

Absolutely amazing service and repair. This is a privately owned family business which is even more appealing because you get personal service unlike a large chain repair shop. From the initial phone intake to the end results of my repairs everything was above and beyond expectations. Professional and skilled repair with attention to all details. I will definitely be back here and recommending Carlot to anyone who needs body work! Very fairly priced, and just the nicest people ever. They even vacuumed my car after doing a repair to my side mirror which I had no idea they would do but it’s a little thing like that that makes a big difference.

As a single mom, budget is a big deal to me. Someone wrecked my car, and I didn’t have the budget to repair it, but also couldn’t open the hood to get an oil change. I was referred here and stopped by without an appointment. Aimee checked out the issue, and repaired it in just a few minutes and wouldn’t let me pay her! She also showed me what I might want to focus on for repairs once it’s in my budget. Absolutely amazing place!

I had a rubbery fastener under my car this morning that had detached and was dragging and making noise. I called several auto shops and was told they would have to order a rivet/pin part to put it back in place, which wouldn’t work for me as I needed to drive out of town later today. Then I called Carlot, they were willing to take a look immediately, and they had me back on the road in literally five minutes. And they refused to charge me anything! I’ll definitely return for any body issues.
