I had the pleasure of taking my car to Carfix for paint and scratch repair, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results!
Marcos and his team did an outstanding job with the work, and even went above and beyond to notice and fixed a scratch on the back of my car that I didn't get the chance to request for. He took great care in matching the paint perfectly, and the attention to detail was impressive! Deysi was exceptional with communciation, she kept me informed and ensured the process went smoothly.
The turnaround time was impressively quick, with the work being done over the weekend when I had expected it to take more than a week. The service overall was extremely kinda and pleasant.
I highly recommend going to CarFix for top-notch repairs and great customer care. Really appreciate Marcos and Deysi for all the help that did to help restore my car to its best condition!

No sense of urgency. My trick has been in the shop for two months and all they told me is we don’t know what’s wrong past three weeks. I’ve been calling and same answer each time.

My daughters 2016 Chevy sonic started overheating. You could see where the coolant was leaking. I had taken to another place to get an estimate and they wanted to add a ton of other unnecessary charges, diagnostics, and part mark ups (I'm a girl so a lot of places assume I don't know anything about a car despite growing up on a racetrack.) My dad recommended Car Fix. I called to get an estimate on replacing the thermostat and they were very prompt in returning my request. The total was almost half what the other place quoted. I had the car dropped off that evening. By the next day around noon, I received notification that the car was a fixed. I couldn't believe it. Everyone was so nice. From the office to the mechanic, they were very helpful. The price and service were fantastic, and I didn't feel like they tried to take advantage of me because I was a woman. My daughters car is back on the road zipping around. I have already recommended this place to others, and they will be my first call next time something goes wrong with a vehicle.

I had taken my 97 Chevy to get the breaks worked on, after 3 days my truck was ready but when I drove off the my truck didn't have power at stops and red light it wouldn't accelerate, I returned the truck to see what happened, they ended up telling me it's my transmission and it needed to be change because of a miss fire when it wasn't doing that when I dropped it off. Little did they know I had a GPS installed in my truck, my truck sat there for 2 weeks with a few days of movement not even a quarter of a mile was detected not even 10 ft in those 2 weeks after I was told they were driving it around to see if it was working I then took my truck after 800$ and 2 weeks just to find out my truck was more damaged than fixed, when I got it back the power break booster was damaged, bother back break cylinders were damaged, this miss firing was a unplugged sensor and loose spark plug, I'm glad I had taken my truck out before they did even more work because then I wouldn't have a truck, I have taken my truck before with Marcos and he has done amazing work but after this last visit, I have lost all trust, not only wasn't it fixed but I lost 2 weeks of work, I lost 800$, and had more problems to repair if you do take your vehicle go with caution and take pictures or get it check before leaving it, if not you will get screwed over

I bought a 1999 Honda Civic from Marco’s and I had problems with the car from day one the transmission went out not even a month later and he told me to call his transmission guy that was gonna charge me way more then what I paid for the car I wouldn’t do any kind of business with this guy or his shop they are thief’s!!!!! I paid more then 1000 for the car I paid 1300 total and it should’ve lasted longer then 1 month it was over heating and I figured out way it was overheating and this shop said it was good not over heating so for another mechanic to figure out way it was overheating and I don’t even have my own shop says a lot about this shop good luck
