Awful. I made the mistake of coming here with one of their free wash coupons. My car was damaged by the car wash. The entire process to have it repaired was the absolute worst. I was not given any insurance information from the business. They wanted to pay out of pocket. But didn't like the quote I had for the repair. I had to get MY insurance involved, which they had no issues with (because then I'm taking the hit on my insurance). I had to go back and forth with whoever Mike B. is to get their insurance information so I could use their insurance to have my car repaired. Oh, and speaking of Mike, I have never spoken to someone as rude an unprofessional as him. Called me names, spoke over me, threatened to hang up on me for just trying to finish my sentences. Says he's been in this business for years. Yeah? Then why is your car wash damaging cars? Please do yourself a favor. Don't come here.

First time ever at this establishment. It is your common drive thru car washing service. Place was kept clean and the attendant was pleasant. Would definitely continue to get my car washed here when in a hurry.

Been coming to all of the tommy locations for a while. Review is long overdue.Tommy is Great for oversized trucks and custom wheels. Conveyer is a breeze. Decent maintenance wash. Do not go for the deep clean. No pre or post wash options. Very clean car wash and mostly well maintained.However;#no pre spray#very tight turn into wash, not thought out.#no shade over vacuums#vacuums have zero power#tire shine flings (only this location?)#no towels.#no wiping or attendant assistance( i tip at other car washes via venmo)Normally have great visits. Here and Cedar park, which is a much nicer location.Came at 845pm, drove by 2 attendants. Went to gate, wouldnt open. Waited. Nothing. Backed up, tried again. Nothing. No one came. Honked the horn. Nothing. No one came. Backed out. Found an attendant. He looked up at me and then ignored me. I yell out to him over his power washer. He ignores me again. I pointed at the gate and he said "im power washing". no sh#t sherlock.They constanly power wash the actual wash everytime im there, which is awesome. It shows, the wash is super clean. I say this because theyve never shut down to power wash. I think i would have slowed him down 10 seconds tops?I said so why are the lights green? He said i dont have any control. Then puts his headphones or earplus back in,so i yell over his power washer and asked " are you closed?". I got a thumbs up. He went back to spraying. I waived him down again and asked his name.How hard is it to walk over to me and say im sorry we closed for maint. Why make me play charades? We all have bad days so i left without asking for management but regardless something had to be said. I keep a low profile but if i allow the poor service and dont speak up then im also part of the problem.I will say there is a woman who works there on occasion and she is a charm. Really nice conversation and extremely helpful. She takes pride and it shows.A lot of our fleet is dropping tommys in favor of the other options. The newness and novelty has worn off.

Went there for the first time. Just got a basic wash as I didn’t care about the wheels, wax etc. After one wash, couldn’t even tell I had gone through. Asked to go through again. Nothing. Same dirt still there. Came home and hand washed and looks much better. Not worth going there. The jets and scrubbers are very wimpy.

Friendly service and if you have a vehicle that all you do is drive on the road and park at your office the wash will take care of it. But, if you have any mud or hard dirt on your running boards or in your wheel wells this won’t get it 100%. But it did get enough of it off where I could use a hose.

Tommy's in Hutto is a joke. Have had nothing but bad experiences since they took over the former Big Red location. Today tried to use one of their "free" carwash coupons. Coupon stated it expires October 1st. Being as today is October 1st and last day to use coupon. Decided to get my vehicle washed. Upon arriving and presenting coupon, was told by attendant it would NOT be accepted. That it had already expired. Explained to the attendant the day was not over, it was only 10:00AM. Again they stated the coupon had expired and would not be honored. This location definitely is to be avoided. They did not honor the agreement with the previous Big Red members with the offer of free carwashes for 60 days. And would not honor a separate membership witht same offer as well.

This review is for the new HUTTO Tommy’s location:I give this place two stars because the wash was good overall and I come to Tommy’s due to the conveyor belt type system that can accommodate. My warning is to those with big trucks. I have a crew cab long bed dually. That turn is darn near impossible! Especially in one try. You can’t do it if someone is behind you for sure. It was just awful planning for that entryway! Plus the guys there to “help” are far from helpful. I will not be bringing my truck back. God speed to those brave enough to try.

Used this place often before the name change, but it does not seem to have any improvements. My car was pretty dirty but the attendant did not do the pre-scrub they used to do on front and back windshields. Wash did not clean as well as I’d hoped. Vacuum quality is ok, not great. They no longer had the table near the vacuums with towels and glass cleaner. And the Works wash used to come with a 7-day guarantee, but no longer, so the value just isn’t there for me.

Hate to leave a bad review, but for what it costs and there's competition all over equal or lower pricing which includes, floor matt cleaners, towels and spray for cleaning.And to top it off, truck came out dirty still, wheels and bodyProbably won't be back

I wanted to love Tommy’s, I’m a frequent car washer and it’s SO close! But for the cost I’m disappointed. I tried “The Works” wash and wasn’t worth the value. Either I’m spoiled by Wash N Roll or Tommy’s is extremely overpriced. The one thing I did like about Tommy’s was the actual wash but:*The turn into the wash is WAY too tight*The turn into the vacuums is awkward*You have to push a button to start the someone that folds vacuum* The vacuums BARELY suck* There’s inadequate shade over the vacuumsAnd that’s it.For $2 more per month (and for me worth the extra 10 minute drive) at Wash N Roll you also get:*Someone that folds in your mirrors*Someone that will towel dry your car*Someone that will clean and shine your tires*Better vacuums*Better Shade*Compressed Air Blowers*Glass Cleaner*Leather Conditioner*Towels and paper towels*Car Scent/FreshenerI wouldn’t be comparing if the cost wasn’t comparable, but it is. If Tommy’s was a better price point (maybe $7/month) then it would be worth the cost. Even then however, I still prefer to fully detail myself and can’t do that at Tommy’s, nor can I barely turn into the wash itself.Services: Vacuuming
