Amazing work on both of our cars! That hail storm on April 9th absolutely pummeled my wife's car, and did some damage to mine. Funny enough I had just stepped outside when Nathan drove by and noticed me. Talked a bit, did some research into the company, and found it to be an easy choice. Insurance covered 100% of the cost, and ADQ covered the deductible, so it didn't cost my family a single penny! They picked the vehicles up and dropped them off afterwards.
Not only are the dents completely gone, but they also detail your car inside and out and make it practically brand new. Had a lady at curbside compliment my wife's car cause she thought we had just bought it! Lol.
10/10 customer service also. Nathan was easy to reach, always responded to my questions within minutes of me asking, and let me know every step they were doing so i wasn't left in the dark. Will definitely be using their services next time a storm rolls around, lol”

“Michael did an AMAZING job detailing the inside of my car! I had all of my fabric seats and floorboards shampooed and washed. It did take longer than expected, but he was very clear in communicating this when he realized it. Most places would probably just clean it “good enough” and call it a day, but Michael wanted to make sure everything was perfect! I don’t think I could find a single dog hair left if I tried. “The team at Authentic Details were recommended to me by a friend that has used them for all of his cars. I had a great experience with them and I am thrilled with the quality and attention to detail on the job they did installing paint protection film and ceramic coating on my Lexus LC500. The previous owner of my car had already installed PPF on parts of the car and it was clear the shop he used did a less than stellar job. In some areas, the film was peeling away and the edges were very apparent and not cut precisely. I plan to own my car for a long time and wanted to ensure it has the best possible protection so I decided to have Authentic Details remove the previous PPF and redo my entire car. I also had them ceramic coat the entire car, wheels and calipers. The attention to details, like removing trim and side mirrors to make sure there were no gaps or edges that can later peel back was amazing. They only use top quality materials and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them!”

“I recently took my Tesla Model Y to Joe’s Auto Spa for paint protection film (PPF), ceramic window tint, and ceramic coating, and I was supper impressed with the results! From start to finish, i was treated like a king!
Joe’s Auto Spa staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They took the time to walk me through each step of the process, explaining the benefits of the PPF and how it would protect my new car from rocks, scratches, and everyday wear. The installation was flawless and the edges are perfectly wrapped. You can’t even tell the film is there.
The ceramic window tint is a game changer. It's reducing the heat inside the car. I’ve noticed a significant difference in how cool the cabin stays, in the middle of a hot Texas summer weather, and the privacy... It really looks GOOD! Also the ceramic coating its giving my Tesla an outstanding shine. It looks like a mirror. He took time to explain how easy it will be to keep it clean from now on with little effort.
I don't usually do google reviews, but the attention to detail, and the delivery time really impressed me to give Jonathan and Joe's Auto Spa, a well disserved shoutout. Thank you for protecting my investment and keeping me updated along the process.

“I have a 2020 Volvo XC90 that has never had a proper detailing and although it is well-kept, I have 3 boys so… it is a challenge! After nearly 4 years, I knew it was time so after some searching online, I found the Detail Shoppe and saw that there were great reviews. “Called this place for some extensive exhaust repair on a V8 Ford. They had top-tier customer service from start to finish and very good pricing. Barbee's team installed new converters and muffler in a short period of time without sacrificing quality of work, and ensured my O2 sensors were clean and working properly. In addition, they helped investigate some other items that I had questions about with the vehicle. All the techs and staff that I dealt with were very professional. Its rare in this day and age to be impressed, but these guys knocked it out of the park from the first call to the end until I was satisfied. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend them.”

“I had a full front, front & rear fenders flares PPF package, windshield tint, and a ceramic cost done to my 2023 Branco Raptor.When selecting the PPF on the finder flares, I originally wanted to have a gloss finish. Lan took the time to listen to what I wanted my end result to be and made a few recommendations. I have to admit I am pleased that I lesson to what he had to say. The attention to detail and care that went into the process was outstanding. I’ve taken a few cars to other shops, but never felt comfortable recommending one. But if you are in the market for PPF, wrap, tint, or ceramic coat trust that Lan and the Paragon team will take care of you. Thanks guys!”

No pressure tactics, etc. Gave me advice, showed me other cars, as well as his car, to compare, tints & PPF's. I was even introduced to the owner in his office. “Hail storms suck. We all know this and to despite my best efforts with covered parking and watching the weather closely I was sadly caught in the last big storm, on the road, while driving... The damage was extensive.... Glass, fog lights, damaged trim, and hundreds if not thousands of dents ruined my day and changed a once beautiful car to a broken, bright red, golf ball. I was unsure about the whole process but the team at Just Hail made everything easy and went above and beyond in their service. Almost unbelievable how much these guys care about their customers, work ethic, and reputation but I can confirm it is real and they are the best. Car is perfect!!!! Proud to call myself their customer for life and will return for any future golf ball inducing incidents. TLDR - Hail Sucks, Just Hail Doesn't.”
