Had my annual physical set up and had to take the day off work to be able to attend. 2 days before the appointment the doctors office leaves me a message they have to cancel. Then when I. All to see when there going to get me in they said go online as there are openings in February. So how was this my fault and why do I have to wait 4 more months when it’s already cost me a day of work.

I have tried to call 4 times in the last few months and no one answers. Been waiting for 23 minutes so far this time. I need my medicine and Walgreens won't call to get refills so I must. Surely there is someone working. Last time no one answered and finally it was five and the call hung up. I give up. I need to find other health care provider.

Don't get a COVID swab here, you'll be billed over $70. The only place I know that bills so much for such a simple test.

Plan on waiting a good 20 minutes on the phone to try and get an appointment. They never have anything available and are always months out. I really don't like using urgent care but ARC leaves me with no choice every time. Very disappointed because we really like the doctor we were using.

Did lab work here at ARC, Hutto for my 11 yr old today and it went really smooth. The lab technician was so kind and patient with my kid who is very scared of needles. She did a great job by verifying the veins first and helping her to relax and got the blood work done so quickly.
The front desk staff was also really kind to show us where to wait for the lab and the paper work that need to be done..

My 5 year old went in for a CBC. He’s had his blood drawn before and at other clinics he’s done great! He’s felt comforted and safe. This place, not so much. He didn’t to have a great experience, nor did he feel safe or comfortable. In my opinion, the phlebotomist was not very kid friendly either.
Front desk staff could also be a little more welcoming when entering as well. Even a little smile goes a long ways :).
However, we did enjoy our first visit with Dr. Griffin! She was great and on top of things. Very responsive to our questions.

The arc my chart won't let me message Dr Suire after my appointment - when he said to let him know if I had to go to the ER. So I had to go to the ER for the hives (everywhere on my body). So, maybe he'll get this, maybe I'll tell him in six weeks at my next appointment.

Ive been a client here for at least 10 years, the past year the communication has not been good. Wait times on the phone are often over 20 mins, if you message on my chart, it says someone will contact you within 2 days, been over 5 days now with nothing. It says to call, but you are on hold over 20 mins each time. Not sure if its under new management or what, but they need help.

Dr Lenz and her staff are wonderful. Patient and kind and always answers my question. Glad a good dermatologist is this close in Hutto.

Since the ARC website doesn't give me the option to review their central admin, I selected my clinic, Kelly Ln, which is actually quite good, if you can ever get to talk to them directly. The ARC phone system is a hot mess - you never know where you are getting transferred to, what number to call for specific information, and getting to talk to anyone that has a clue about YOUR care is very difficult. It seems most calls get routed to some central location, and by the time you talk to someone, they have no association with your care or even the specific clinic you go to. This has to be one of the most impersonal systems of care out there - they don't seem to care anything about me, but they certainly have an interest in my insurance. Again, love the Kelly Lane clinic, but the ARC system as a whole is disjointed, inaccessible, and seems uncaring. Just experience their voice mail system as a start - you won't get very far.

I was there today to get my cyst removed I was nervous for the procedure, it was my first ever and I had the best experience! Heather the PA was fantastic and quick! Definitely recommend her for dermatology!

Beware, they prescribed my family member a drug that they are allergic to which is well documented in their file.
