02/22/20246am appointment, checked in at 6am, loaded and on my way by 8am! Wish everyplace was like this. Very friendly and easy to work with staff. A+ plenty of room for parking, nice big lot.

Terrible place to load, my appointment was at 8 pm on 1/29/24 I arrived at 7:00 pm and it's 6:45 am on Tuesday 1/30/24 and it's time I still haven't left ?

Been here since 9am, It's 3:50 in the evening and just now getting empty... READ your paperwork whenever they do decide to unload you and give your paperwork back. 4 drivers left here today with wrong paperwork and had to come back. My advise is to skip the load!! This place isn't organized at all, You WILL BE angry... Gonna take a loooooong time to get u unloaded, then wait 15 to 30 minutes after green light to come see if your paperwork is ready... No overnight parking! Lot is decent enough to park easy but I'm telling you now.... You gonna be upset when you come here to load or unload, VERRRRRYYYY unorganized and VERRRRRYYYY slow....

Very slow facility and organized make sure you have the correct tPu # starting 196—-> 7 Digits or2…..___> up 5 digitReference # 4111—-> 11 digit. # 815 ——> 8 digitDon't miss your appointment. Time otherwise you stuck for hours

This place sucks!!! I had a 2:00 PM load and I was here at 1:30 they say “we really mean 3:00 when we say 2:00” so they tell me I have to come back at 2:30 then when I did they said I have to wait on a door/they’ll call me once it’s ready. Here it is at 4:30 back in line to check for a reason for the delay… Horrible horrible warehouse. If you’re a company that cares about your drivers you should not book here!

This place 0 stars, more than 8 hours of waiting to be loaded, only if you want to take your 10 hours of sleep, it is okay if you have the time counted to deliver your load somewhere else, better not come, just stress yourself out to this place waiting and waiting
