“This review is for the liquor store attached to the convenience store. Good liquor selection. They carry a little bit of everything. Clean, well-stocked, and friendly, this is a convenient place to stop if you're heading in to Dallas from Mesquite. Stop in frequently, and you will get to know some of the local folks who frequent the store and the various, delicious food stands that set up on the back lot. Everyone is wonderful.”
“Love stopping by here when I can. Not only do they have sea moss and a beautiful collection of crystals, they have a huge wall of handmade soaps. They also have a selection of glass and papers and usually even throw in something free with purchase,like a sticker or a preroll or a gummy. They take care of our community in a very pure way.”

“I moved to the neighborhood 5 years ago. I walk my dog a few times a day and the people at the Alon on Tennessee St in McKinney Texas are more personable and cater to everyone's needs. From putting my favorite soda on ice so it's very cold to seeing certain people who don't get out of their car and knowing what to grab and run out. The manager even shares breakfast from his native country when he makes it. The gentleman who closes gets off at midnight and stays until 12:30 or later to make sure he mops with bleach and covers every inch. During the day I see them checking dates for safety. If I moved an hour away I would still frequent the Alon because they don't only have, but have, earned my respect and friendship. Hate and prejudice have absolutely no home here. I can't leave a review without mentioning that the owner plays a very active roll in keeping up with everything and he trusts his employees to make important decisions and handle certain funds and tasks that I haven't seen in medium sized businesses before. I used to own a couple of retail chains and never saw a working system like I see here.”
“I was in Dallas with my boyfriend Randy visiting his dad for a few days, & was needing some groceries but didn't wanna drive too far cause lots of traffic and I can get lost in a closet. Anyway I was pleasantly surprised at this little store, for the most part it had everything I was needing & then some, as ll fresh, good variety, friendly service and well lit, decorated, with pretty good hours. For the most part prices were reasonable on everything including the fresh veggies, meats etc however there were a few things like a loaf of bread really needed however the cheapest bread was well over $2.00.. and we all are aware of coffee prices, egg prices and most beef. Speaking of meat this establishment has some cuts of meat on sale, and every bit was fresh, good color and well wrapped, plenty of choices on most items and the customer service was awesome. Thank you for being a store where shopping although a chore is still a pleasure.”
“Best fried chicken ever, went there for the first time in a while and I swear it gets better each and every time I go. I don't see why people hate on this small deli, literally taste so much better than any other deli I been too!! Way better than a Walmart deli or heb deli. There fried chicken is the most delicious part along side their lovely Mac and cheese with mash potato's”

“Every since we were told about this store from our nephew Tra, we have been going every since. Breakfast is our favorite, bacon, eggs, toast, and jelly; bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, also the bacon cheeseburger combo. Prices are awesome, and whatever you need this sore has it!!! This little store is like a diner, grocery store!!!”
