“I lived here for about 3 years! I never had a bad experience. The neighborhood was quiet for me! Maintenance came quick every time I put in a request!! They’d even help me get trash out if it was too heavy! They provide washer and dryers on the inside of the home plus a storage closet with massive space for a reasonable price. Patrol officers are always riding around as well for safety. Overall it was a good experience!”

“Arpeggio is the best apartment complex we've ever lived in! Ever since day one when Krysti gave us a tour, we felt so welcomed and excited to call this place home. Krysti and (really all of the staff) are amazing and truly care. They all go out of their way to always make you feel valued They listen to you, keep the place in great condition, and host fun events monthly (really making this place feel like a community). The amenities are amazing. Between the pool, gym, lounge, and dog park- you have several spots to hang out. If you are trying to live a city life but really want to give your fur-baby a nice life too, this is the place for you! They have not one, but two very large dog parks and host events for your pets, too! They almost always have treats in hand and are ready to love on your pet making them feel just as much as a resident as you are. Our apartment was great too! The views, the size, the quaility of appliances, everything was fantastic. The rent we were paying was incredible for everything we got! Arpeggio is located perfectly in Victory Park where you hardly ever get stuck in the bad game day traffic. Icing on the cake, there are several walkable dining, grocery, and entertainment nearby. I cannot recommend Arpeggio enough!”

“I’ve lived at the Cirque for over a year now and LOVE it! I’ve lived in many apartments before and Cirque is by far the best one! I honestly pinch myself every day waking up in my apartment, it’s truly a dream! The apartment design is amazing, the amenities are great, and the people who live here are so nice! And everyone who works here is amazing (management, front desk, valet, maintenance)!!The main concern I had before moving to Victory Park was the traffic from events at the American Airlines Center, but as long as you know if an event is happening and plan for it, it’s not an issue and it’s so fun being right next to it! Living in the Victory Park/Harwood area in general has been amazing! There are so many great restaurants nearby and it’s even an easy walk to places in Downtown that we like as well!I would highly recommend living here to anyone who’s considering it!!”

“7-month update: great place to live. Overall it's been very positive and I've already referred friends from the area who love it here too. :) I would suggest giving the place a look. Prices are listed online, and they tell you up front during the tour about amenity fees.Neighborhood:- Wonderful, down-to-earth community of people ranging from families to young professionals.- Generally quiet and well-soundproofed. Yeah, I do hear my upstairs neighbor walking around if they're stomping, but it's not obtrusive and I barely notice it (working from home 8 hours a day, etc).- Restaurants and bars nearby are quite good. We were already going out of our way to go to Jettison, Houndstooth Coffee, etc before I moved here/while I was visiting friends.- Proximity to Deep Ellum and the highway can't be beat. $10-15 Uber ride on weekends, to get to the heart of Deep Ellum; maybe $20 back if you try to hitch a ride during last call.- Super close to Oak Cliff for convenient access to shops, breweries, and gyms.Apartments/units/building:- Some units have really nice views. See what yours will be. Jazmyne said I'd get a Dallas skyline view and that's exactly what I got. Some other units are significantly more affordable because they don't have as much of a view.- The newly-renovated units are really nice. There were some issues on initial move-in with the contractors missing some things, but every time I filed a maintenance request the issue was dealt with within a day or two if it was disruptive and within a week or so if it was minor/aesthetic.- Instant hookup to AT&T gigabit/fiber internet.- Easy setup for energy/electric.- Pretty good soundproofing between units. Thick windows help if there's some activity outside too.- Outdoor hallways. Not an issue, just something to bear in mind. You won't get rained on besides moving through central areas.- Good amount of protected garage parking for the population, pretty accessible. Decent amount of guest parking.- One con/caveat worth mentioning: the main/central elevator breaks fairly often. It's definitely an inconvenience if you live up on higher floors like I do. However, they made me aware of that fact before I moved in. I just adjust my parking to use the elevator that works at the time. Does it suck? Yeah. But I don't want to look past all the positive for one negative that they're very transparent about.Management:- Kourtni & Jazmyne made moving cross-country really easy. They made sure I had all the information I needed to move in. They've also been helpful and friendly for general inquiries. They both live in the building, so they are dealing with any issues that we deal with.- Sylvan Thirty has a whole integrated system for residents online that's easy to use, for things like announcements about events to rent payment balances to maintenance requests. Maintenance requests are easy to file, trackable, and you even have your history of in-progress/finished requests! Sooo glad I don't write checks anymore.- CAF Management's property & maintenance staff are on the ball. They are probably stretched thin, with many people living here, but they really do their best. Jorge, Dejerq, and Zack do a bang-up job and should be commended.”

“This is a wordy - yet worth the read review!Generally, I would leave a review after a year of living somewhere or after I leave, but in this case, I waited a little longer because I didn't want to think what I thought was a dream location/apt had turned into a nightmare and simply did not want to write a bad review for a place I live.I moved here the latter part of 2021 and when I felt I found "home"... I was literally singing " I say a little prayer for you" (My Best Friend's wedding version} lol! Perfect location, not to IN downtown, farmers market across the street and the Market Place only a street over. (Say no more and move in - Right!) There was little to no crime and lots of great things happening on property as well. There were occasional events for the resident, different locations to work or study if desired and food in walking distance if preferred! The apartments have nice amenities, and designs and the FULL SIZE washer/dryer was a smash! The complex itself was just a few years old when I got here and I loved how everything looked and even the aroma that lingers upon entry. (Yes I can smell that - very home-ish). It was truly my happy place.After a year passed, things changed drastically! There was new management and it seemed the "character" of people on premises changed. There was more actual crime and very little communication or sensitivity to the residents at that time. That surely turned my gloom to doom and my new song was "Move B- get out the way" by Ludacris! LOL!I am a huge believer in the energy you put out and what you bring in and I changed my tune about what was happening and a great shift began!Over a period of time things started to settle down. There was less violence and management began communicating in a way of understanding toward the residents. We began having communal functions again and the feeling I felt upon moving here returned with the adaptation of the newness that current management brings.There has been lots of improvements and a new sense of belonging is here. Nothing serious goes unattended in terms of maintenance. If there is an issue, you are made aware of eta for parts etc. I have an illness that requires me at times the use of a certain machine and nothing has prevented me from using it as needed. (That means, things work as they should so that I can take care of myself) I also work from home and management is very mindful of the need for respect of noise during times of work and rest and makes sure to keep resident mindfulness of in that regard.At this point, I really can't say anything negative that is a reflection of negligence of managements end. There are things in any complex or neighborhood that you just can't control and I personally have become more mindful of that when it comes to complaining about menial things. If something is truly a nuisance, it will be resolved in proper timing.All of that to say, this has been a great experience for me to see something change and to change with it. My experience has made me look at allot of things differently, especially my expectations and patience. Living at the Amelia is great overall and there are constant ways management seeks to improve things and adjust as needed.Welcome Home!”

“I am 1 week in as new resident here at Taylor Lofts and my gosh, I am just absolutely head over heels with the complex, the staff, the area - just everything and everyone!I toured earlier this year with Axam and I was immediately sold, as both Axam and Sam went above and beyond!I went over on a Saturday to tour and I was having trouble finding parking since it can get pretty busy on the weekends - I called the office and Axam offered to jump into my car to help guide me to the nearest parking spot. Literally from the moment I was looking for parking, until the very end of the tour, I was just in completely AWE and I felt right at home! On top of that, seeing the units, the finishes, the beautiful facility and the area?! I was ready to move in right then and there lol.Axam was very informative, answered any questions I had and just made the entire application and move-in process so simple and quick for me! I am so grateful to have met such incredible human beings who truly seem to care for their current and future residents.I had toured many apartments prior to Harvest/Taylor Lofts, and I’ve never received the most wonderful, top tier customer service that I’ve received here. So incredibly thankful!! I cannot wait to get to know the rest of the staff to properly thank every single one of you guys! ”

“I’m honestly VERY disappointed with how my moving process has been going, I haven’t even moved into my apartment yet and have already been having issues. I’ve talked to so many different people at the leasing office and at this point it seems like no one cares.I came to view the apartments on Aug 3 with Clay, everything was great he told me I would receive my lease agreement closer to my move in date September 13th, okay great. The apartment wasn’t going to be ready until Aug 13th and I believe on the 16th was when I physically went to the office and spoke to Ashley to see if I could view my apartment. She told me that the apartment was not ready and she would call me the next morning. She didn’t call me, I called a couple of days later and another lady told me that she was going to do a walk through of the apartment and call me back an hour later. She didn’t not call me back.While all this is happening I did not know that my leasing papers were emailed to me. I was going based off of what Clay told me and was expecting them closer to my move in date and thought I would receive a phone call or something to let me know that the papers were sent to my email, turns out the paperwork was sent to my email 2 days after I viewed the apartments and I wasn’t aware. No one called me and all the times I spoke to the 2 ladies at the office they didn’t bring it to my attention either. While I was randomly on the website one night I saw that my apartment became available again. This came as a shock to me because to my knowledge I never received my leasing papers and I had already paid the admin and application fee so I was very confused. I tried calling the office multiple times and didn’t get any answers and went up there AGAIN for I think the 3rd time. When I asked them what happened they said they made my apartment available again because I was “unresponsive.” No one ever called me to tell me my paperwork was sent so at this point I’m very frustrated, they reassured me they would fix it. The next day Michelle calls me in response to an email that I sent her in regards to the situation I explained everything to her and was able to sort of resolve the issue and assign my apartment back to me.I sent them all the paperwork they asked for and was now waiting for my lease agreement again. 2 days go by and I reach out to Michelle asking her when I should expect my lease agreement because I didn’t want it to be sent to me like last time and I miss it. She has someone name Clyde reach out to me and he asks me to resend the paperwork that I have already sent, to his email. I do that so I think everything is okay now. 2 days go by and I reach out to Clyde through email to make sure he received everything, no response. That was Friday of last week.My move in date is less than a week and I have yet to receive my lease agreement. This has been my worst apartment moving experience, the communication has been absolutely horrible the only person that has attempted to help me is Michelle. I honestly don’t know what to do at this point.”

“Great place to live. I lived at Magnolia for about three years, no break-ins, safe place, close to AAC & amazing front office. Becki and Chantel were always incredibly helpful and kind. Maria and her maintenance staff are always on top of it.Only cons: thin floors, you can hear people walking usually, AC unit will break once a summer.The pros far exceed the cons. It’s affordable for Victory Park, clean and solid people work/live there.”

“My husband and I had the opportunity to be married at The Venue at 400 N Ervay this past Oct. and we couldn’t be happier. The space itself was magical being able to have a rooftop ceremony, inside the vintage courtroom for dinner and then rooftop dance party to close out the evening. We had extraordinary photos on the rooftop and the food was raved about by our guests (which rarely happens). The space being managed by Boxwood Hospitality made the whole process of wedding planning so easy and the day of the most extraordinary experience. We got lucky that the weather was incredible so we could have the event outside but even if the weather hadn’t been nice, having the back up of the inside space alleviated any worries we would have had. Would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a wedding space in downtown Dallas that has a unique vintage twist with elegance and a touch of the outdoor!”

“To say I was blown away... is to say the least.I had originally toured this complex with a coworker who was looking for a place.I had already decided on another complex in the area; but come to find out they were unresponsive, and had recent, horrible reviews. Since I kept getting all these red flags; I kept my mind open for a sign.Felicia, the Assistant Manager, gave us our tour and showed several options. She was fun, super informative, and very responsive with questions, etc. All of the staff were great including Karley and Cris, who stepped in when I had other questions.I was so blown away and felt comfortable, I switched complexes. Every time I had additional questions and I had a lot, (I'm one of those needy ones), Felicia treated me with kindness, professionalism, and punctuality.Felicia managed my entire move-in process and when it came to move-in day, I had everything waiting for me and ready to go - keys, next steps, etc.I would truly like to thank the entire team for making this whole process painless from start to finish.
