“Tiny paint drips on my front door resulted from repaint of the hallways. I sat down and entered the building app and asked if they would be removed. I leashed my terrier and headed to elevator to take my dog out. I past maintenance on the way. My door had been repainted with we returned from the walk.”

“I love living here! I never want to leave home! Jenny is the cream of the crop! Her service is impeccable. The views are amazing, I feel safe, everyone is friendly I have a 16 year old yorkie and he loves all the other dogs he sees on the daily. My daughter has a direct view of the W hotel from her bedroom she loves it. Me and my fiancé can walk have drinks and not worry about ride share problems or places to visit.”

“After a few months of living in the community, I can say that I’ve been really happy with the decision to move here. My biggest reasons for that include Genesis and Michael in the leasing office, the responsiveness of the maintenance team, and the convenient location of the apartments.
Since touring, Genesis has shown such kindness and professionalism towards my family. She’s quick to help, even for the smaller requests. Her and Michael are always at the resident events, and it’s been a big difference from other communities we’ve lived in. The events are frequent and cater to what the residents want.
The apartment itself is pretty, modern, and has all of the features I look for including a dishwasher, efficient washer/dryer, and water/ice dispenser in the fridge.
As an out of towner, I don’t know much about the Dallas area yet, but I’ve enjoyed having easy access to the farmers market when I need a quick bite or item.
I read reviews prior to move-in about the homeless population, which I’ve found to be true. The homelessness is prevalent in this area. As someone who has lived in downtown areas before, I just choose not to walk around at night. I know that might not be possible for everyone. I think the leasing team does a good job of managing entrance into the community because you can’t even come into the office from the street without being buzzed in. There also aren’t any benches outside of the complex which seems to help.
Finally, I was concerned about the parking garage upon move-in, as I had read many reviews about the lack of parking. Because of this, I opted for a reserved spot and that’s why I can’t speak to that issue - since my spot is always there for me.”
“Karl was fantastic!!! He made me feel welcome. Not once was he pushy, or I felt I was being pressured. I am from NY; I know a salesman when I see one, but Karl is a fantastic consultant, so I decided to complete my application the same day, and yes, the building and amenities are impressive—I am looking forward to moving in May. I highly recommend the AMLi community. I visited several high rises here in Dallas before making my decision, so let me save you some time; visit the AMLi first and ask for Karl.”

“My husband and I had the opportunity to be married at The Venue at 400 N Ervay this past Oct. and we couldn’t be happier. The space itself was magical being able to have a rooftop ceremony, inside the vintage courtroom for dinner and then rooftop dance party to close out the evening. We had extraordinary photos on the rooftop and the food was raved about by our guests (which rarely happens). The space being managed by Boxwood Hospitality made the whole process of wedding planning so easy and the day of the most extraordinary experience. We got lucky that the weather was incredible so we could have the event outside but even if the weather hadn’t been nice, having the back up of the inside space alleviated any worries we would have had. Would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a wedding space in downtown Dallas that has a unique vintage twist with elegance and a touch of the outdoor!”

“I had a great experience living at Moda! It’s located in the most convenient spot downtown - you have CVS, Tom Thumb and Happiest Hour all within walking distance. For a mid-rise apartment their rates are very affordable compared to others on the market. Their amenities are great and the staff is friendly, accommodating and easy going!
If you’re looking for a city vibe in a safe neighborhood that’s affordable this is the place to be!
