Came in for the first time today and felt welcomed as soon as a Gentleman named Elijah consulted openly on regular washes and memberships. I went ahead and got a membership, wont deny it totally worth it for its price. Would honor that man with my washes ;)

Have been going here for a while but today is my last time, the quality of service has gone down tremendously.
There is so much gunk left on my car after running it in the wash I've tried the basic and more expensive plan and it's the same. Told the manager I was unsatisfied and his response was ok.
The vacuums were not working not sure if they are even checking them.
Will be finding a new place to service my car.

Several brushes do not work, some are tied down. Some sprayers are partially clogged. Some water sprayers are spraying a hard slim beam rather than a wide angle. I pay for the Unlimited Premier washes and have been disappointed in the quality of the wash. Hoping management is working on getting these issues resolved because it's only gotten worse since the summer.

Scammers, tried to cancel my membership a while back and still charged me throughout the past months. Called customer support today and they tried to upsell my membership, and they said that I had upgraded my last membership when I tried to cancel don’t go here wash masters is way better.
