First time coming into the store today and Abby was very sweet and helpful. She was very patient with us and our babies while I looked around for the ring that I wanted. Definitely recommend asking for Abby!

Visited on April 13, 2024. Sales rep was unfriendly and unhelpful. When asked to see an item in the case, she did so but did not tell us any information about the item. We had to specifically ask about price. She did not recommend any items and appeared to not want to be there.
Visited Zales in Grapevine immediately afterward and had a completely different experience.
