The owner and staff are just amazing and make it a great shopping experience every time!”

“We came from frisco to visit this store, I definitely really enjoyed it! Didn’t find what I was looking for but still came out with some cute and well priced things! Giving it 4 stars due to a having a bad luck situation where a child was running around with barely any supervision grabbing and touching everything and pulled open the fitting room curtain while I was topless trying things on. I definitely yelled “oh my god” out loud and the mom only said “sorry” to my boyfriend who tried to stop her and continued to let the child run around. I felt extremely exposed and embarrassed and wanted to leave ASAP. it wasn’t anyone’s fault but the parents but maybe next time a “leave no child unattended” sign or warning would be nice since the changing room isn’t the sturdiest they’re just curtains in a corner. Will return but with caution now due the experience.”

“They are the most helpful store of ANY retail store you will visit. They know brands, they can tell you how they'll fit BEFORE you try them on, they will make suggestions. Xavier was so incredibly knowledgeable about brands that I wanted to tip him in the end. With my husband's tall frame and wanting a tighter fit, he really steered us in the right direction. We ended up buying three pairs. Great store, great employees, and Xavier rocked it all!!!”

“Good experience just very busy and when busy there isn't much room to walk around in the store. Employees were very nice and courteous, we were greeted when entering and we were able to get to the back of the store to shop for merchandise, however, couldn't walk around or shop in the front of the store there was no room!”

“the vibes in the store are so pleasant. nice variety of indie and rock music going the whole time i was there. if you’re painfully indecisive like me, karma is super helpful and patient. she put up with my foot tapping and muttering to myself, let me try on stuff before i bought it, and set me up with a good deal on a longboard. you already know i took it to the top floor and cruised down the parking garage. i’ll totally come back.”

“I’ve always had good experiences shopping at WHBM. Their clothes usually work with my body type, which differs from that of the “usual” customer because I’m transgender. The sales staff are usually very helpful, and this location is no exception. As with every WHBM location where I’ve shopped (both here as well as in Fort Worth), I’ve received great customer service regardless of my trans identity.

I went to purchase some casual basics (mainly tees) on April 14th, and I felt very satisfied with my purchase. I feel confident that these clothes will last me for quite some time.

I’ll finish my review with one remark about the store design itself. The fitting rooms are spacious and look gorgeous, with plenty of room to move around. Trying on clothes feels quite comfortable in such a space. The soft and heavy curtain across the front, as well as the comfortable seating, also add a nice luxurious touch to the fitting rooms.”

“Part time manager, Chassidy, at this store went above and beyond finding me multiple items after calling around to other Michael Kors locations and getting a lot of kick back. Chassidy sat on the phone with me for over an hour to search and check items that were in stock and or available to order. She was very polite, patient, and I couldn't of asked for a better sales associate to work with. Her communication skills were top notch even when she had to call me back etc., I shop at a lot of high end stores, but Chassidy went beyond all my expectations for customer service. Even after getting some kick back on an online order, Chassidy was able to help me find similar items in store to assure I would get my items on time for my company event. “Yet another trendy mall store with clothes for men and women, heavy on surfing and skate brands, California nods, and a section devoted to styles that throw back to the movie Clueless. Tilly's reminds me a bit of Pacsun, only with more diversity and some better looks. Beyond that, there was not much remarkable about it from my perspective. Service was as expected. The store was clean and well organized and prices true to market. They had some cool denim shorts with drawstrings I liked. On the girls side, a section had colorful wool skirts and tops with plaid and argyle. A jeans brand I did not recognize seemed to dominate. Fun stuff! Make sure to visit the back section for 30% and 50% off items. This area was picked over, of course.”

“Today was so stressful for me as I needed very specific items and in a super rush, I walked into Francesca's and was very warmly greeted by two women who asked if they could help with anything. I frantically let them know what I needed and they went right to work, they picked out items for me that went along with what I needed and were beyond attentive and graceful with my scattered self.
