“This is an absolute great place! I had blown out a tire and had a donut on it. I pulled up there. Having never been there before! They treated me like an old friend. I was only going to get 1 tire, but when the young man explained when pros and cons to me. I ended up getting 2 and then I don’t have to worry about it any more. From the time I paid for my tires and wipers it was all of about 25 minutes. They are quality, fast, service is impeccable. It’s nice not to have to sit around all afternoon waiting on my car! Excellent place!!!”
“Had a blowout after hours over 100 miles away from the DFW area. No other tire shops were open anywhere near us. Omega was open, quick to respond and met us 100 miles out to replace the blown out tire. We were back on the road quickly, and able to arrive at our destination. These guys were a life saver and got us out of a major jam.”

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt this was needed. The service that was provided to me today was beyond amazing.
In a state of stress, I pulled into the parking lot worried about the time that this flat tire has taken from me as I had so much planned in the afternoon. I was greeted by Carrington as soon as I exited my car, how amazing. I explained what had happened and with me not being a “car girly”, I needed a lot of help on what options I had. As he was inspecting my car, he was explaining the process step by step and even educating me on things I never knew about, like the importance of checking your car ALL. THE. TIME. When it was time to select the tires and purchase, I encountered a dilemma where my dad advised me to get a new set instead of just 2 tires, meaning more money that I didn’t have. I had made phone calls to my parents for solutions, and we decided to get a new set of tires. Mr Carrington then helped me in the best way he could with the purchase and it gave me a sense of relief from all the stress I was having. This is why I will always choose Discount Tire!!! I have never went anywhere else for my tires except this company and it’s never going to change!”

“I had a flat and called Firestone since it was 2 min from my house but the lady Firestone worker said they couldn’t give a new tire until next day because they were closing soon…So I called Discount TiRE and the Manager Gabriel g said we close in few min BUT I I’ll Wait for you if you can get here. “If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I have been unable to install one of my tires rim caps and I came here and they told me EXACTLY what to do and how to ask for them at the store. So I went and came back that same day and they helped me install it. For some reason, the screws weren’t fitting (not their fault) but they did NOT give up and send me away, they kept trying their hardest and I left with my cap on. I will definitely come see them again. He was so nice!!!! Muchas gracias!!! ?”
